Eric Peters: In The Global Trade War, America Has “All The Cards”

The press reports that trade wars have begun:
You see, America has the world’s biggest trade deficit, debt, central bank, economy, reserve currency, global payment system (SWIFT), military. “I got all the cards. I win, they all lose.”
“Despite China’s claims to the contrary, the placement of anti-ship missiles, surface-to-air missiles and electronic jammers across the South China Sea is tied directly to military use for the purposes of intimidation and coercion,” said Defense Secretary, General “Mad Dog” Mattis, our greatest military strategist, quietly running America’s entire foreign policy.
China’s Gen He Lei responded, “Any irresponsible comments from other countries cannot be accepted. As long as it is on your own territory you can deploy the army and you can deploy weapons.”
“There are consequences that will continue to come home to roost if China does not act more transparently and cooperatively in the region,” continued Defense Secretary Mattis. Donald Trump and others can hope that the USA has all the control here.
And in the short run, that is true in a sense.
But, the world is taking steps to bypass the USA dollar as well as to develop military capacities.

China is the world’s biggest buyer of oil. America is the second and India is the third. Whilst the USA buys about $110 billion of oil each year – China and India combined – buys nearly $200 billion. The EU including Britain buys another $200 billion.
On oil trades – America is outgunned by the combined weight of its competitors.
These moves will not cause the USD to crash as about 88 per cent of the average daily turnover of foreign exchange instruments is against the dollar.
It took the US dollar nearly a century to unsettle the British pound that had been enjoying its preeminence through the 19th century and the first half of the 20th as the global reserve currency.
However, Washington may well be reeling from the fact that they don’t really have many friends any more.
The loosening of the U.S.-Europe transatlantic alliance is now forcing the EU to find its feet as a more independent superpower. The USA dollar is NOT about to collapse.
Plus, it tends to take time to replace a reserve currency.
Yet, consider that China and India are the two most populous nations on the planet.
Plus. Iran, Syria, Venezuela, North Korea, Russia, the EU, and parts of Africa are looking to bypass the USA dollar,
This will not end well for the USA.

The USA will one day NOT be the dominant economic power in the world. Its debt (cf. Habakkuk 2:6-8) and pushing Europe to spend more on its military will result in the destruction of the USA (Cf. Daniel 11:39).
More and more nations are aligning against the USA and its Anglo-Saxon descended allies.

US President Trump’s statements to the United Nations about trade and “America first” on September 19, 2017, further told parts of the world that the US wants to change trade practices in ways that many nations do not believe will be beneficial—and this helps open the door for the European Union
Additionally, European leaders have stated that they no longer want ‘subservience’ to the USA and want to put “Europe first” (in contrast to the “America first” campaign slogan that Donald Trump has used).
The Europeans warned that the US sanctions bill could lead to a trade war—a trade war some EU leaders claimed that Europe would win.
While nations do not normally economically ‘win’ a trade war, political leaders have found them helpful for a variety of reasons.
Trade issues are important and consistent with end time biblical prophecies.
Events in the USA and Europe are aligning with the understanding of biblical prophecy that we in the Continuing Church of God hold and teach.
We in the Continuing Church of God “have also a more sure word of prophecy; whereunto ye do well that ye take heed, as unto a light that shineth in a dark place, until the day dawn, and the day star arise in your hearts” (2 Peter 1:19, KJV).”
