Russia’s central bank interested in BRICS/Eurasian Economic Union cryptocurrency
The Russian central bank is looking at a multinational cryptocurrency:
Russian media is reporting that Olga Skorobogatova, first deputy governor of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation, has echoed President Vladimir Putin’s call for “the formation of a single payment space for the member states of the Eurasian Economic Union” that integrates “new financial technologies.”
Skorobogatova’s comments during a recent meeting of the Russian Finance Ministry clarify what is apparently a Russian initiative to unite itself with its economic partners via a common cryptocurrency. Per Skorobogatova:
“The participants of different economic events where I usually take part … all come to the conclusion [that the issuance] of a virtual currency is not needed much by one country. First of all, it makes sense to discuss the cryptocurrency on the level of several countries such as BRICS and EEU. It makes sense to set one equivalent for all payments.”
Although the details of the proposed universal cryptocurrency remain undisclosed, this is the second time in as many months that Russian officials have alluded to this inclusive strategy as being more advantageous for all countries concerned, rather than if each country created its own digital coin.
Should Brazil, Russia, India, China, and South Africa (BRICS) make a common cryptocurrency with Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, and Kyrgyzstan (EEU), the monetary standardization could potentially improve trade efficiency among these nations, and even create a trade block that could reshape global trade more generally. https://www.ethnews.com/russian-central-bank-embraces-intl-cryptocurrency-standardization
An initiative to create a joint digital currency for BRICS countries and the Eurasian Economic Union (EEU) has been proposed by the Central Bank of Russia, according to its First Deputy Governor Olga Skorobogatova.
She said the issue of a common cryptocurrency for a number of countries is very promising, more than that for a single nation.
“The participants of different economic events where I usually take part… all come to the conclusion the issue of a virtual currency is not needed much by one country. First of all, it makes sense to discuss the cryptocurrency on the level of several countries such as BRICS and EEU. It makes sense to set one equivalent for all payments,” Skorobogatova said at a Russian finance ministry meeting.
While no concrete decisions have been made yet, said the official, discussions are planned for 2018 by both BRICS and EEU members.

The BRICS nations (Brazil, Russia, India, China, and South Africa) have long been working to eliminate the US dollar as the world’s primary trading currency. Let me add that Iran and Venezuela are as well. The Gentile nations are making a move (see also The Times of the Gentiles).
Putin delivers the clincher;
“Russia shares the BRICS countries’ concerns over the unfairness of the global financial and economic architecture, which does not give due regard to the growing weight of the emerging economies. We are ready to work together with our partners to promote international financial regulation reforms and to overcome the excessive domination of the limited number of reserve currencies.”
“To overcome the excessive domination of the limited number of reserve currencies” is the politest way of stating what the BRICS have been discussing for years now; how to bypass the US dollar, as well as the petrodollar.
Beijing is ready to step up the game. Soon China will launch a crude oil futures contract priced in yuan and convertible into gold.
This means that Russia – as well as Iran, the other key node of Eurasia integration – may bypass US sanctions by trading energy in their own currencies, or in yuan.

Let me state that the Europeans want to push aside the USA dollar themselves. The fact that the Euro closed the year slightly about a value of USD$1.20 shows that there is still major international interest in the Euro.
The current world order is changing.
We are getting closer to the end of the Anglo-American dominance we have had for the past two centuries.
The final time of the Gentiles is getting closer:
23 ‘Make a chain,
For the land is filled with crimes of blood,
And the city is full of violence.
24 Therefore I will bring the worst of the Gentiles,
And they will possess their houses;
I will cause the pomp of the strong to cease,
And their holy places shall be defiled.

Notice that Jeremiah Ezekiel, Jesus (whose words are recorded in Luke), and John (who penned Revelation) were talking about the same time. Jeremiah wrote of a time in which there “is none like it”, and it should be noted that in Matthew 24:21 Jesus said “there will be great tribulation, such as has not been since the beginning of the world until this time, no, nor ever shall be”–this is essentially the same time as what Luke referred to.
Also notice that it is during “the time of Jacob’s trouble” that the “Gentiles” are dominating. This means those that are descended from Israel and/or have the name of Jacob (cf. Genesis 48:14-16) will mainly be the ones trampled on. One of the peoples that God says He will use to punish the descendants of Israel, Assyria (Isaiah 10:5-11), are a Gentile people–they will normally lead during the time of the Gentiles. This will be a terrible time.
The phrase “until the times of the Gentiles are fulfilled” in Luke 21:24 is also translated: “until the heathen’s day is over” (Philips), “until the time granted to the Gentile nations has run out” (Knox), “until the period of the Gentiles comes to an end” (ESV), “till the times of the nations be fulfilled” (DRB) and “until the time of heathen domination will have come to an end” (Norlie).
The final time of the Gentiles includes the last 3 1/2 years before Jesus returns and takes control of the governance of this planet (cf. Revelation 11,19).
Notice that this will be a time of financial controls:
16 He causes all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and slave, to receive a mark on their right hand or on their foreheads, 17 and that no one may buy or sell except one who has the mark or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.
18 Here is wisdom. Let him who has understanding calculate the number of the beast, for it is the number of a man: His number is 666. (Revelation 13:16-18)
While the BRICS and Eurasian countries will not cause the above to be fulfilled, they are looking at ways to dethrone the US dollar and use cryptocurrencies that will help lead to this.

The time is also coming when the USA dollar will be worthless. Bitcoin will also be worthless at some point. And yes, the Bible tells that for a time gold will be worthless, but that does not happen to gold until years after the demise of the US dollar. But placing too much confidence in gold, currencies, or alternatives like cryptocurrencies will not truly save anyone (cf. 1 Peter 1:7). Yet, true repentance and turning to the Jesus of the Bible can.
Although the USA is not likely to repent to prevent this nationally, nor can Bitcoin prevent it, personally you can repent as well as physically take steps before the dollar-based economic system collapses.
The world order is shifting away from USA dominance. The Gentiles are working on making that happen.

America’s Day of Reckoning 2017 Dollar Collapse? Economist James Dale Davidson says that a financial bloodbath will hit the USA and there is nothing that Washington can do to stop it.
