It is unclear who put together the above list. And there are various identities that are questionable. For example, I do not believe that Ethiopia represents the Cushites and the old WCG had different biblical names for several of the Arabic nations (details on this is in the article Is the Future King of the South Rising Up?). I also believe that while Manasseh does represent the USA, prophetically, the term Samaria seems to as well (details on this is in the article Anglo - America in Prophecy & the Lost Tribes of Israel).
But, the above can be helpful in trying to identify some of the peoples in the Bible and their role in end time prophecies.
