Honor Your Father
Today, is commonly called “father’s day” in the USA and many other lands.
Notice that the Bible teaches:
‘Honor your father and your mother, as the LORD your God has commanded you, that your days may be long, and that it may be well with you in the land which the LORD your God is giving you (Deuteronomy 5:16, NKJV).
Modern statistics indicate that those whose fathers are less honorable tend to have a greater chance of being incarcerated and having various difficulties in this life.
But human fathers are not the only ones to be honored. Remember that God the Father should be as well.
