Planned Parenthood admits selling baby parts can provide ‘a fair income’; Republican candidates discuss defunding

Some Republican candidates called for defunding Planned Parenthood:

Texas Senator Ted Cruz took his longstanding call to shut the government down rather than fund Planned Parenthood to a national audience of millions of Americans.

“Republican leadership in both houses has begun this discussion by preemptively surrendering to Barack Obama and saying, ‘We’ll give in because Obama threatens a veto,’” he said at the debate in Simi Valley, California. “We need to stop surrendering and start standing for our principles.” …

After the debate, retired neurosurgeon Ben Carson, who has surged to second place in the field, endorsed the Cruz approach. He told Bloomberg that Congress needs to find the “courage” to strip the $500 million the federal government annually provides Planned Parenthood. “I certainly think it should be defunded,” Carson said. “There’s a reason that we have separation of powers and there’s a reason that Congress has the powers that it has. They just need the courage to exercise it.”

New Jersey Governor Chris Christie agreed, saying Republicans must force the issue with Obama, who would veto a bill that ends funding for Planned Parenthood. “We got to talk about what we would be willing to shut down for,” Christie said. “We elected a Republican Congress to do this. And they should be doing it, and they’re not. And they’re giving the president a pass.”

Former Hewlett-Packard CEO Carly Fiorina, who made a big splash in the debate as she feuded with front-runner Donald Trump, chimed in. “Watch a fully formed fetus on the table, its heart beating, its legs kicking while someone says we have to keep it alive to harvest its brain,” she said. “This is about the character of our nation, and if we will not stand up in and force President Obama to veto this bill, shame on us.” http://www.bloomberg.com/politics/articles/2015-09-17/some-republican-presidential-candidates-egg-on-government-shutdown-strategy

Whether or not they will succeed in defunding Planned Parenthood is questionable.

In Wednesday night’s Republican presidential debate, Louisiana Gov. Bobby Jindal claimed that “Planned Parenthood is selling baby parts across the country.” Twice.

Planned Parenthood admits that its clinics can make a fair amount of income selling baby parts:

The Center for Medical Progress has released its tenth video, investigating Planned Parenthood’s illegal sale of aborted baby body parts. Shocking video footage released today shows top Planned Parenthood executives discussing the sales of baby body parts, saying that it is a “valid exchange”, and that clinics can make “a fair amount of income” doing it.

The video features multiple Planned Parenthood executives: Dr. Carolyn Westhoff, Senior Medical Advisor; Dr. Vanessa Cullins, Vice President for External Medical Affairs; and Deborah VanDerhei, National Director for the Consortium of Abortion Providers (CAPS).

Westhoff bemoans the possible P.R. nightmare that would be unleashed if the public were to find out about their illegal activities, while VanDerhei discusses payments for the body parts as “donation for remuneration.”

VanDerhei also is told that they can receive around $100 for each “specimen,” and remarks that people can make “a fair amount of income” through this. Vanessa Russo, Compliance Program Administrator for Planned Parenthood Keystone in Pennsylvania, is also featured, calling the selling of aborted babies’ body parts a “valid exchange,” despite the fact that purchases of human fetal tissue is a felony. I will add here that some Planned Parenthood clinics DO SELL human body parts. Mother Jones’ denial of this is outrageous.

Historically, Planned Parenthood has claimed to be a ‘quality health care provider’ and has admitted to providing baby parts that it says it has been financially reimbursed for.

Of course Planned Parenthood profits by selling human tissues from aborted babies. Planned Parenthood has long received money for human tissues that it would otherwise have to pay to dispose of.

The Bible repeatedly warns against shedding innocent blood:

19 So you shall put away the guilt of innocent blood from among you when you do what is right in the sight of the LORD (Deuteronomy 21:9).

16 These six things the LORD hates, Yes, seven are an abomination to Him: 17 A proud look, A lying tongue, Hands that shed innocent blood, 18 A heart that devises wicked plans, Feet that are swift in running to evil, 19 A false witness who speaks lies, And one who sows discord among brethren (Proverbs 6:16-19).

7 Their feet run to evil, And they make haste to shed innocent blood; Their thoughts are thoughts of iniquity; Wasting and destruction are in their paths. 8 The way of peace they have not known, And there is no justice in their ways; They have made themselves crooked paths; Whoever takes that way shall not know peace (Isaiah 59:7-8).

3 Thus says the LORD: “Execute judgment and righteousness, and deliver the plundered out of the hand of the oppressor. Do no wrong and do no violence to the stranger, the fatherless, or the widow, nor shed innocent blood in this place (Jeremiah 22:3).

17 “Yet your eyes and your heart are for nothing but your covetousness, For shedding innocent blood, And practicing oppression and violence” (Jeremiah 22:17).

Babies are innocent. Killing them is the shedding of innocent blood. It perhaps should be mentioned that American politicians like Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton have regularly defended Planned Parenthood–though it was announced the President Obama does now plan to watch the released undercover videos.

Notice the following from the Bible:

172 My tongue shall speak of Your word, For all Your commandments are righteousness (Psalm 119:172).

34 Righteousness exalts a nation, But sin is a reproach to any people (Proverbs 14:34).

Killing babies through abortion is not righteous. It is a reproach to nations that allow and encourage it.

Those that consent to abortions are often proud, are normally lying to themselves that they are not doing violence to a human being, and often have abortions because of their own lusts and covetousness. Adding the sin of abortion to their other sins is simply not the answer.

They also place themselves in the same category as Judas Iscariot, for he admitted that when he betrayed Jesus Christ, he (Judas) betrayed “innocent blood” (Matthew 27:4). Jesus was betrayed by someone He considered to be a friend–no baby should be betrayed by the mother that is supposed to love them.

Planned Parenthood is in the baby killing business. And to recoup more funds, its employees have shown a willingness to sell baby parts. Jesus tied murdering and lying in with Satan when He condemned certain leaders in His day:

44 You are of your father the devil, and the desires of your father you want to do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and does not stand in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaks a lie, he speaks from his own resources, for he is a liar and the father of it. (John 8:44)

Satan wants to obscure the truth. The truth is that Planned Parenthood kills and dismembers babies and some of its employees want to sell the parts for the most they can get. That is a fact, and the willingness to sell baby parts is clearly shown in the recent videos. Planned Parenthood keeps complaining about the videos being released, but instead of stating it will change its practices, it regularly attempts to defend them as “legal and ethical.”

What Planned Parenthood does is outrageous. But what can we expect from a group that kills the most unborn babies in the USA?
