Islamic State plot to terrorize Spain uncovered; US cities plead for Islamic migrants

A plot by a group linked to the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) to carry out attacks in Spain was uncovered:

An ISIS-linked group that was committed to carrying out a jihadist attack in Madrid was broken up on Tuesday, Spanish police said.
Three Moroccan nationals were arrested in early-morning raids in Madrid and Rivas-Vaciamadrid.
“The terrorists were extremely radicalized and had assumed terrorist discipline and ideology completely,” national police said in a statement released by Spain’s interior ministry. “They were perfectly organized and [worked within a] hierarchy and each one of the components had a determined role.”
When it was broken up, the group’s members were “totally radicalized” and committed to “terrorist ideology … showing their total willingness to carrying out an attempt in the city of Madrid.” …
The arrested trio was fully willing to “carry out terrorist acts,” it said, adding that the leader of the cell recruited others by spreading ISIS doctrine and “terrorist discipline.”

Generally, Morocco and Spain get along.
If Moroccans are potential terrorists, what about all the migrants from Syria, which has not had much of a positive relation with the West? What about those from Iraq who, like many Syrians, believe the West caused their country to be harmed?
For quite a few years I have been warning that it is highly likely that riots and civil unrest involving a combination of Islamic and economic issues would happen in Europe. Problems in Europe will propel the rise of the final King of the North of biblical prophecy (Daniel 11:31-45), who is also known as the Beast from the sea in Revelation 13.

Revelation 13:3-4 also supports the idea that the Beast may rise up because of violent civil unrest in Europe.
The Bible also tells of various deals that the Europeans will make with the Arabs (Daniel 9:27, 11:25-27; Psalm 83:2-8)–some of which will not turn out well for the USA.
World events are aligning with prophecy.

Stephanie Rawlings-Blake, mayor of Baltimore, almost gets teary eyed when she talks about the need to rebuild her city with immigrants and refugees.
It’s an issue that’s close to her heart, but the argument she uses is not new. It’s the same line that is touted by the mayors of other cities, mostly in the Rust Belt, like Baltimore, Minneapolis, Detroit and Pittsburgh.
They crave a steady flow of new immigrants and refugees, they say, because their economies depend on it. Too many of the native-born middle class whites have long since departed for the suburbs.
Baltimore, for instance, has lost a third of its population since 1950. Detroit has lost almost half of its population, and Pittsburgh has also struggled
100 cities vying for refugees
In fact, a coalition of 100 immigrant-supporting cities seem to be in competition with each other to see which city can offer the most services and benefits to attract foreign-born residents.
They help them find jobs, overcome language barriers and work around employers’ demands for birth certificates or drivers’ licenses. There are also grants to help them get set up in a business venture.
So it’s no surprise that Rawlings-Blake is one of the 100 U.S. mayors asking the Obama administration to send her city a fresh wave of Syrian refugees. She is one of 18 mayors who have written a letter to the administration expressing their desire for more refugees.
Pittsburgh Mayor Bill Peduto is also waiting in line for Syrian refugees, 97 percent of which are Muslim, and the vast majority of those being Sunni Muslim, the same sect adhered to by ISIS, al-Qaida, al-Nusra Front, the Free Syrian Army and other factions trying to bring down the regime of secular dictator Bassur al-Assad.
The security risks of importing Syrian refugees have been stated and restated by the FBI Director James Comey and his top counter-terrorism lieutenants.

The mayors who have signed today’s letter to President Obama are part of Cities United For Immigration Action, a coalition of nearly 100 cities and counties that is leading the effort to promote and execute immigration reforms nationwide.
“New York has always been a place where the American Dream has come to life for generations of immigrants from around the globe. For the thousands of Syrian refugees fleeing the nightmare of oppression, in search of safety, stability, and salvation, we say welcome. As the Pope visits New York this week, we are reminded that the answer to the age-old question, ‘am I my brothers keeper’ must be a resounding yes if we are to live up to the values on which our nation was founded and our future depends,” said New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio.
“We are certainly supportive of refugees from Syria coming to Baltimore; this speaks to our deepest values as Americans. Baltimore City has been and will continue to be a beacon of freedom and opportunity for refugees seeking a home to grow and prosper,” said Baltimore Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake.
“The global refugee crisis brings with it a responsibility and opportunity to welcome those seeking exile from tyranny and oppression. People who are so committed to finding freedom and building a brighter life for their family that they leave behind all they realized–material positions, university degrees, family photos–and are willing to risk it all. This is where our responsibility to our fellow man is tested. This is also an opportunity for a city like Pittsburgh, with a great network of service providers and a community urging us to act, to say to refugees seeking a new, safe homeland where they can set roots: Pittsburgh welcomes you. Together, we will build an even stronger Pittsburgh, and we welcome the minds and hearts of those fleeing the crisis to join us,” said Pittsburgh Mayor William Peduto.
“Hartford stands by the president’s decision to shelter families and children escaping war in Syria. Showing compassion and providing hope to the afflicted is part of our national identity, as well as our humanitarian responsibility,” said Hartford Mayor Pedro E. Segarra, co-chair of the U.S. Conference of Mayors’ Immigration Reform Task Force.
“In accepting refugees from Syria, the United States is recognizing the basic humanity of these men, women, and children. It is important we make policies that honor the dignity of all people. Bringing Syrian refugees to our shores is line with our history of accepting the famous ‘huddled masses yearning to breathe free’ and it is in line with the best of what we hope to be as a nation,” said Syracuse Mayor Stephanie A. Miner.
“St. Louis is a welcoming community, as demonstrated by the thousands of Bosnian refugees who sought a better life here in the 1990s. They have built businesses, created jobs, rehabbed homes, and revitalized neighborhoods. They have become part of the fabric of our community, welcomed and supported by their fellow St. Louisans. While the number of Syrians we can welcome in the next two years depends largely on the federal government, St. Louis is again ready and willing to help. Our diverse religious organizations are already contacting the International Institute to help in resettlement. To date, St. Louis proudly has welcomed 29 Syrian refugees to our City, and we expect 20 more to arrive in the coming months. Although the mayors are attempting to cite humanitarian reasons to take the Islamic migrants, federal funding and other hoped for economic benefits seems to be a driving force.
While there humanitarian issues and economic ones to consider, the reality is that the risk of increased terrorism should not be overlooked. As repeatedly mentioned in previous posts, the Bible prophesies that more terrorism will hit the USA and other parts of the world (cf. Leviticus 26:14-17; Deuteronomy 32:25; Ezekiel 21:12; Psalms 73:12,19; Proverbs 1:25-27; Ecclesiastes 12:5).
Many in Islam see ‘holy war’ (Jihad) involving deceit as acceptable as the following Islamic teachings show:

the Quran, the perverted equivalent of our Bible, teaches in chapter and verse that all infidels, meaning we Christians, Jews and others such as Hindus, must be eliminated from this earth as Allah, their false god, wants.

“Prepare against them whatever force you are able to muster, and strings of horses, striking fear into the enemy of God and your enemy, and others besides them.”
“Fight and slay the Pagans wherever you find them, and seize them, beleaguer them, and lie in wait for them in every stratagem [of war]. … The punishment of those who wage war against Allah and His Messenger, and strive with might and main for mischief through the land is: execution, or crucifixion, or the cutting off of hands and feet from opposite sides, or exile from the land: that is their disgrace in this world, and a heavy punishment is theirs in the Hereafter.”
As a result, anyone who practices Islam is required to adhere to these strictures. This means that all true Muslims have at a minimum a latent disdain if not hatred, like Obama, for our Judeo-Christian roots, even if they will not admit it. In effect, this helps explain why the overwhelming majority of Muslims rarely speak out against acts of terrorism, domestically and overseas, and why Obama himself has steadfastly throughout his presidency refused to link the theology of Islam generally to terrorism. Although not all Muslims act in accordance with the Q’uran, those that do feel justified to commit horrific acts of violence.
Spain was able to uncover one group with such plots of violence. But as more and more Islamic migrants end up in Europe and North America, the risk of ‘successful’ terrorist attacks increases.
The USA and Europe will be hit with more terrorism and civil unrest.
