World Leaders meet to discuss preventing terrorists from getting nuclear weapons, but . . .

World leaders from 50 nations are meeting to attempt to stop terrorists from getting nuclear materials:

The Nuclear Security Summit 2016, the final one during Barack Obama’s presidency, is a March 31-April 1 event taking place in Washington, D.C., that is a forum for international leaders to discuss securing nuclear materials. Among the participants is International Atomic Energy Agency Director General Yukiya Amano, who gave a keynote address March 30 at a side event in the city, the Nuclear Industry Summit, in which he highlighted IAEA’s role in supporting international efforts against the threat of nuclear terrorism. …

“We provide guidance covering key aspects of nuclear security. We help to make borders more secure by installing radiation monitors at ports and border crossings. We help countries to improve physical protection at nuclear installations and hospitals, so that radioactive material is not stolen. We provide training and equipment to law enforcement personnel to help them identify and intercept illicit trafficking in nuclear and other radioactive material,” Amano said, adding that the nuclear industry has not been immune to cyber attacks: “There have been cases of random malware-based attacks at nuclear power plants, and of such facilities being specifically targeted. Nuclear terrorism against powers like the USA is expected.

There are countries like Iran and North Korea who already threatened to do so (North Korea doing so earlier this month, again). Plus terrorist groups like the Islamic State want to do it, and have been stopped in the past (see Islamic State stopped from getting more materials to make ‘dirty bombs’).

But notice something from Psalm 83:

3 They have taken crafty counsel against Your people,
And consulted together against Your sheltered ones.
4 They have said, “Come, and let us cut them off from being a nation,
That the name of Israel may be remembered no more.”

5 For they have consulted together with one consent;
They form a confederacy against You:
6 The tents of Edom and the Ishmaelites;
Moab and the Hagrites;
7 Gebal, Ammon, and Amalek;
Philistia with the inhabitants of Tyre;
8 Assyria also has joined with them;
They have helped the children of Lot. (Psalms 83:3-8)

Psalm 83 is very likely to involve nuclear terrorism. Why? BECAUSE taking “crafty counsel” sounds like plotting terrorism (see also Why Terrorism? Is Terrorism Prophesied?) and nuclear terrorism would have a greater impact. Nearly all the peoples in Psalm 83 are ethnically from lands that are dominated by Islam, other than Assyria, which is prophesied to takeover the USA and UK per Isaiah 10 (see also Germany in Biblical Prophecy).

In the Book of Daniel, the Bible also tells of a deal between the final King of the South of the Middle East and North Africa and European King of the North in Daniel 11:27, and that deal appears to be a little bit prior to the time that the USA is prophesied to be taken over per Daniel 11:39 (see also Anglo – America in Prophecy & the Lost Tribes of Israel).

It is fairly certain that terrorist acts in the US, UK, etc. will be part of the distractions and chaos that will be used to takeover the USA and its British-descended allies. And this is supported by other prophecies that actually mention terror (see also Why Terrorism? Is Terrorism Prophesied?).

One type of nuclear bomb is a so-called ‘dirty bomb.’ Here is some information about them:

A dirty bomb is a speculative radiological weapon that combines radioactive material with conventional explosives. The purpose of the weapon is to contaminate the area around the dispersal agent/conventional explosion with radioactive material, serving primarily as an area denial device against civilians. It is however not to be confused with a nuclear explosion, such as a fission bomb, which by releasing nuclear energy produces blast effects far in excess of what is achievable by the use of conventional explosives.

Though a radiological dispersal device (RDD) would be designed to disperse radioactive material over a large area, a bomb that uses conventional explosives and produces a blast wave would be far more lethal to people than the hazard posed by radioactive material that may be mixed with the explosive.At levels created from probable sources, not enough radiation would be present to cause severe illness or death. A test explosion and subsequent calculations done by the United States Department of Energy found that assuming nothing is done to clean up the affected area and everyone stays in the affected area for one year, the radiation exposure would be “fairly high”, but not fatal.Recent analysis of the nuclear fallout from the Chernobyl disaster confirms this, showing that the effect on many people in the surrounding area, although not those in close proximity, was almost negligible.

Since a dirty bomb is unlikely to cause many deaths by radiation exposure, many do not consider this to be a weapon of mass destruction. Its purpose would presumably be to create psychological, not physical, harm through ignorance, mass panic, and terror. For this reason dirty bombs are sometimes called “weapons of mass disruption”. Additionally, containment and decontamination of thousands of victims, as well as decontamination of the affected area might require considerable time and expense, rendering areas partly unusable and causing economic damage. One or more dirty bombs may well be detonated in the USA and/or UK in the future. Other countries could be affected as well.Actual nuclear weapons will one day likely be used as well.

Jesus warned about a time of troubles, sorrows, wars, and rumors of wars (Mark 13:7-8), and dirty bombs could well be part of that.

The world leaders meeting today will not stop what will happen.
