Germany tightening border, whereas Sweden to pay up to $34,000 to deport migrants

A shift is happening in Europe related to migrants.

In what many have wondered is a German violation of the Schengen travel provisions, Germany is intending cross-border checks 16 September 2024:

Border controls along all of Germany’s frontiers will be targeted to “combat cross-border crime and further limit irregular migration,” the Interior Ministry said on Sunday, a day before the expanded measures take effect.

Neighbouring states have expressed concern that the border checks will lead to tailbacks, hampering regular cross-border traffic. The measures were announced last week amid a caustic German debate on migration triggered by a spate of recent attacks.

The police will carry out the spot checks “flexibly and according to current security requirements,” the Interior Ministry said. The extent, duration and specific locations for the controls would depend on these factors.

Interior Minister Nancy Faeser said Germany would “continue to act in close coordination” with its neighbouring states and would ensure that “people in the border regions, commuters, trade and business are affected as little as possible by the controls.” …

From Monday, Germany will additionally carry out border controls on its frontiers to France, Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and Denmark for an initial six months, extending measures already in place on its borders with Switzerland, Austria, Poland and the Czech Republic.

At a regional campaign event in Brandenburg, Alternative for Germany Co-chairman Alice Weidel spoke in front of several hundred guests, with the focus of her speech on blocking the massive influx of migrants, with one of her key policy proposals being a border fence for Germany.

“Border security goes through border fences, it’s as simple as that,” said Weidel. Brandenburg will hold key elections on Sept. 22.

In the Bundestag, Weidel also made the same demand, saying that “hundreds of thousands of poorly integrated young men on our streets could raise the question of power at any time.”

Although the idea of a border fence was once smeared as taboo, border fences are now seen across Europe. For example, in the case of Poland, which built one along its border with Belarus due to the migrant crisis, Warsaw even received money from the EU to finance the fence.

Weidel said it is now time for Germany to build such a fence. The AfD is considered Germany’s anti-migrant party. Its influence has been growing as more in Germany have been supporting it in elections. The fact that the Islamic State took credit for the stabbing (see Suspected Islamic terrorism hitting France and Germany–‘Islamic State’ claims involvement) reinforced the AfD view that migrants from the Middle East and Africa are a danger.

And yes, it wants many migrants–particularly Islamic ones–to leave Germany.

But Germany is not the only nation in Europe shifting on migrants.

According to an announcement that Sweden’s center-right coalition government made on September 12, 2024, Sweden plans to increase payments to up to $34,000 to immigrants who leave the Nordic nation.

For several decades, Sweden has received large numbers of non-white migrants — a trend that grew exponentially in the 2010s and has turned into a political crisis.

Immigrants who voluntarily go back to their countries of origin from 2026 would be able to receive up to 350,000 Swedish kronor ($34,000), from the government.

“We are in the midst of a paradigm shift in our migration policy,” Migration Minister Johan Forssell said to reporters.

Currently immigrants are able to receive up to 10,000 kronor for each adult and 5,000 kronor for each child. Each family can also receive up to 40,000 kronor

The AfD has suggested an involuntary program to move migrants out of Germany. Expect to see more incentivized moves to reduce migrants in Europe, including the use of government force.

Pope Francis decried anti-migrant moves this month, yet made his own last Fall (see Pope Francis’ hypocrisy on migrants and wealth).

While Pope Francis makes various pro-migrant statements, there are many Greco-Roman Catholic private prophecies tell of a time of civil war in Europe–and pushing out Islam. Notice that the first one considers civil war is a major sign of end time events:

The Bible shows that the European beast leader, also called the King of the North, will arise promising peace.

21 And in his place shall arise a vile person, to whom they will not give the honor of royalty; but he shall come in peaceably, and seize the kingdom by intrigue. 22 With the force of a flood they shall be swept away from before him and be broken, and also the prince of the covenant. 23 And after the league is made with him he shall act deceitfully, for he shall come up and become strong with a small number of people. (Daniel 11:21-23, NKJV)

25 And through his policy also he shall cause craft to prosper in his hand; and he shall magnify himself in his heart, and by peace shall destroy many: he shall also stand up against the Prince of princes; but he shall be broken without hand. (Daniel 8:25, KJV).

But he will, as alluded to in Daniel 8:25 and as stated in Revelation 13:3-4, be a man of war.

He will push out Islam (cf. Daniel 11:40-43) and lead a powerful European military (cf. Revelation 13:3-4; Daniel 11:39-43)! This will reduce migrants in Europe.
