As has been rumored lately, Robert F. Kennedy Jr. has decided to no longer run as an independent presidential candidate:

Independent presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. on Friday dropped his White House bid and announced support for former President Donald Trump, issuing broadsides against the Democratic Party’s handling of the primary election and media censorship.
Kennedy said in Phoenix that the Democratic Party of “waged continual legal warfare against both President Trump and myself,” and “ran a sham primary.”

Kennedy said that in a series of meetings with Trump and his team, he realized he shared more in common with the former president than he thought. …
Most notably, RFK Jr. admitted in front of the nation that he attempted to contact VP Harris first and that she neither wanted to talk or meet with him is a strong message to Independent voters:
“Following my first discussion with President Trump, I tried unsuccessfully to open similar discussions with Vice President Harris. Vice President Harris declined to meet or even to speak with me.”
“Democrats want nothing to do with you, Republicans will at least give you a seat at the table.”
RFK addressed details on the Russia-Ukraine war (via Kyle Backer):
“We have pushed Russia closer to China and Iran. We are closer to the brink of nuclear exchange than at any time since 1962. And the Neocons in the White House don’t seem to care at all.”
“Our moral authority and our economy are in shambles. And the war gave rise to the emergence of BRICS, which now threatens to replace the dollar as the global reserve currency.”
“This is a first class calamity for our country.”
“Judging by her bellicose, belligerent speech last night in Chicago, we can assume that President Harris will be an enthusiastic for this and other Neocon military adventures.”

RFK Jr. was shunned by Democrat Party insiders in their initial effort to prop up husk of a president, Joe Biden.
Now they are stuck with Biden’s insurance policy, Kamala Harris.
It terrified the Dems to have RFK Jr. in the running, so they rigged the rules, banned him from state ballots, and vilified him as extreme. And to dampen his impact on the Harris-Walz ticket, after trying to deny him ballot access and remove RFK Jr. from the state ballots he made his way to, Democrats will now attempt to keep him on ballots to hurt Trump.

While they have serious differences Robert Kennedy Jr. and Donald Trump agree on several topics.

I do not endorse any candidate, yet will mention that, yes, the USA had agreed to not allow NATO to expand, but would add that the USA also provided guarantees to Ukraine that it would defend its territory if Ukraine gave up its nuclear weapons–which Ukraine did.
Let me add that Robert Kennedy, Jr. has pointed out problems with the pharmaceutical industry–and I have posted about that here from time to time (e.g. FDA’s Christopher Cole, ‘The drug companies, the food companies, the vaccine companies, they pay us hundreds of millions of dollars a year to hire and keep the reviewers to approve their products’). He also has issues with the moves towards cashlessness (see RFK Jr. Maintains Highest Favorability Rating Among Presidential Candidates In New Poll) and gender matters (see Robert Kennedy on herbicides and ‘gender dysphoria’).
That said, yes, many politicians, pundits, and media operatives are hypocritical.
As far as being hypocritical goes, the Book of Job teaches:
13 … And the hope of the hypocrite shall perish, (Job 8:13)
The Bible prophecy warns that God will punish and destroy “an hypocritical nation” (Isaiah 10:6, KJV) in a prophecy related to the USA.
The Bible teaches:
1 Cry aloud, spare not;
Lift up your voice like a trumpet;
Tell My people their transgression,
And the house of Jacob their sins. (Isaiah 58:1)
These national sins include abortion, sexual immorality, promoting pornography, false witness, violence, economic theft through debt, hypocrisy, disdain for the God of the Bible, covetousness, and a host of other sins that neither Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., Donald Trump, nor Kamala Harris truly condemn.

Whoever wins in the US Presidency in 2024 will not stop the decline of the USA.
Regular readers realize that I am NOT a voter nor a Democrat nor a Republican –I am a non-partisan Christian looking for the return of Jesus and the establishment of the Kingdom of God.
Right now, the USA is deeply divided.
Jesus warned:
25 Every kingdom divided against itself is brought to desolation, and every city or house divided against itself will not stand. (Matthew 12:25)
17 Every kingdom divided against itself is brought to desolation, and a house divided against a house falls. (Luke 11:17)
The divide in the USA is growing as many of its sins (including hypocrisy) become more blatant.
