US President Joe Biden’s mental abilities are concerning:

During a speech at the White House to mark internaional womens day on Monday Biden appeared to suffer another memory lapse.
In his lastet {sic} gaffe Biden avoided using Defense Secretary Llyod Austin’s name. It seemed like he couldn’t remember the name, even though Austin had spoken at the same podium just minutes before.
The president also forgot what the Pentagon was called. In his speech he said he wanted to thank “the guy that runs that outfit over there” …
After delivering the remarks, Biden made a somewhat slow exit from the room as his vice president, Kamala Harris, walked behind him. The performance did not sit well with many on social media.
One Twitter user claimed that Biden was clearly in “cognitive decline” and that it was “cruel” to make him continue his duties as president.
He is also clearly not sure where to go when he leaves. This is… not a good look,”noted author and former New York Times reporter Alex Berenson. During the campaign Donald Trump would repeatedly warn Americans that Joe Biden was shot mentally.
On the trail Biden would forget how many grandkids he had, what state he was in and even when he served in office.
As soon as he picked Kamala Harris as his running mate and described himself as a transition candidate, many Americans believed Biden was already signaling that he did not intend to serve a full term in office.
In Biden’s first month in office Americans saw more unnerving signs of Biden’s growing senility.
Biden delivered a speech to the nation on the day America reached the 500,000 death mark from during the coronavirus pandemic.
During his remarks Biden’s brain froze and he suddenly was unable to speak in coherent sentences and began blurting out garbled gibberish.
“The only way to spare more pain and more loss, the only way— these millstones no longer mark our national mourning— these milestones, I should say, no longer, no longer moke— mark our national mourning,” Biden said.
This was the second concerning incident with Biden in the span of a week.
At a CNN town hall event in Milwaukee, Biden claimed there was no coronavirus vaccine when he took office on January 20, 2021. …
Joe Biden had received both doses of the vaccine before this town hall, which was an event Biden clearly forgot.

In some ways, Kamala Harris has assumed what is normally a presidential role–being the contact with foreign political leaders.

Former Secret Service member Dan Bongino, in a recent interview with Sean Hannity, said he was “hearing from people close to the situation that Biden’s cognitive decline is rapidly worsening and is becoming increasingly difficult to mask.”
“The Democrats are going to have to make a decision soon,” he said.

To a degree, it looks like Kamala Harris is ruling over important aspects of foreign policy. Probably one reason for that is to prevent gaffes from Joe Biden that may happen when he speaks to foreign leaders. Another may be to help prevent an unnecessary war.
Regarding Kamala Harris’ roles and Joe Biden’s abilities, here is are some sections from my book Biden-Harris: Prophecies and Destruction:
Kamala Harris Prophecies?
Unlike Joe Biden, Kamala Harris is predominantly of Gentile heritage (as is this author).
The Bible teaches the following:
43 The alien who is among you shall rise higher and higher above you, and you shall come down lower and lower (Deuteronomy 28:43). …
Kamala Harris is also female and looks to be one who is fulfilling the following prophecy in these end times:
12 As for My people, children are their oppressors, And women rule over them. O My people! Those who lead you cause you to err, And destroy the way of your paths. (Isaiah 3:12)
While certainly there are places for women (Judges chapters 4 & 5) and Gentiles (2 Chronicles 36:22) in leadership positions, Isaiah does not suggest that this should be looked at as a great blessing.
Since the time of Margaret Thatcher, I have felt that it is likely that the U.S.A. would end up with a female president or at least a highly influential woman in a top level federal government job. As it turns out, the four remaining predominantly British-descended nations (the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand) all have had not only queens (they shared the same ones), but all have already had a woman in the office of prime minister. The prime minister is the chief executive official in a parliamentary system of governance.
While a female U.S. president is not strictly required per Isaiah 3:12, one should be considered likely. …
A Short Term for Joe Biden?
In October of 2020 Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi proposed changes to the 25th Amendment to the US Constitution to make it easier for Congress to remove a president. if the president was incapable of the job. Some suspect, because of Joe Biden’s health and age, this was done to help pave the way for a Kamala Harris presidency.
Speaker Pelosi said the proposal was NOT directed towards Donald Trump, who then made the following statements about it:
Nancy Pelosi is looking at the 25th Amendment in order to replace Joe Biden with Kamala Harris … The Dems want that to happen fast because Sleepy Joe is out of it!!! … this 25th Amendment, I think they put it in so they can get Kamala in.” (Bowden E, et al. Trump says Pelosi’s 25th Amendment bill is about replacing Biden with Harris. NY Post, October 9, 2020)
I expect that Kamala Harris will either be the de facto president, possibly being the actual president of the U.S.A. as Joe Biden has issues that will lead to that.
If the following biblical prophecy has an end-time fulfillment, it seems to suggest that a male leader will be in charge when the U.S.A. falls:
7 As for Samaria, her king is cut off Like a twig on the water. 8 Also the high places of Aven, the sin of Israel, Shall be destroyed. The thorn and thistle shall grow on their altars; They shall say to the mountains, “Cover us!” And to the hills, “Fall on us!” … 10 When it is My desire, I will chasten them. Peoples shall be gathered against them When I bind them for their two transgressions. (Hosea 10:7,8,10)
If Hosea 10:7-10 has end-time connotations (and part of it seems to, cf. Revelation 6:16), AND presuming that the Hebrew word translated as “king” literally means a male, then it might be possible that Joe Biden could be the last President/leader of the United States. However, someone else could be the last as the year when the disaster in Hosea 10:7 would be fulfilled is not currently clear, nor do I believe it can happen prior to 2024. Plus, it is not clear that Joe Biden will actually remain in office, because of his age, physical, and mental health. (Thiel B. Biden-Harris: Prophecies and Destruction. Nazarene Books, 2021)
In biblical prophecy, Samaria is often a reference to the United States of America (see Spiritual Samaritans: Old and New and/or watch USA in Prophecy: Samaria).
It may well be that Kamala Harris will, for a time, be the de facto, if not the actual, President of the United States. But also, that a male may later become President of the United States during the final moments of its existance.
There are not too many years left for the USA to remain (see Might the U.S.A. Be Gone by 2028? and/or watch Is the USA prophesied to be destroyed by 2028?).
Therefore, presuming Isaiah 3:12 includes having a female USA President, we would expect to see this soon.
