AP: ‘Fear Factor: Americans scared of their presidential options’
The Associated Press is reporting the following about a poll finding that 81% of US Americans have:

WASHINGTON (AP) — The vast majority of Americans say they are afraid of at least one of the two major candidates – Hillary Clinton or Donald Trump – winning the White House, a remarkable finding that reflects an unsettled nation unhappy with its choice.
Eighty-one percent of Americans say they would feel afraid following the election of one of the two polarizing politicians, according to a new Associated Press-GfK poll. That includes a quarter who say it doesn’t matter who wins: they’re scared of both.

People living in the USA should have more fear that the USA is going in the wrong moral direction. Furthermore, both of the presumptive major party candidates have made statements that show that they endorse, for example, the LGBT agenda.
Additionally, Hillary Clinton is a staunch supporter of baby killing (abortion) and Donald Trump has been in the pornography business.
Both of them are also considered greedy, dishonest, and lovers of money.
Neither of these candidates is particularly trusted either:
Hillary Clinton has emerged from the F.B.I. investigation into her email practices as secretary of state a wounded candidate with a large and growing majority of voters saying she cannot be trusted, according to the latest New York Times/CBS News poll.
As Mrs. Clinton prepares to accept the Democratic Party’s nomination at the convention in Philadelphia this month, she will confront an electorate in which 67 percent of voters say she is not honest and trustworthy. That number is up five percentage points from a CBS News poll conducted last month, before the F.B.I. released its findings. …

Hillary Clinton used her office as secretary of state to engage in making policy decisions, official acts of the secretary of state, to influence donors to contribute money to the Clinton Foundation,” said Jerome Corsi, a New York Times bestselling author and WND senior staff writer.But the other dimension involves her “official acts violations” – the idea that her official acts as secretary of state were meant to enrich her own family by encouraging donations to the Clinton Foundation.
Corsi said proof of these official acts violations comes from “the emails which we now have, where Hillary Clinton and her aides, including Cheryl Mills and Huma Abedin, made sure copied on the State Department policy emails, including classified emails, [were] various employees of the Clinton Foundation and related companies to the Clintons like the Teneo consulting company that Bill Clinton was being paid by.”
The evidence of conflicts of interest is everywhere. In his book, Corsi cites a December 2015 Wall Street Journal report that found more than 24 companies and groups, plus one foreign government, paid Bill Clinton a total of $8 million in speaking fees while they had matters pending before Hillary Clinton’s State Department.

Here is something that Donald Trump said in his Nevada victory speech the night of February 23, 2016 about his own greed for money:
It’s hard for me to turn down money because that’s what I’ve done in my whole life, I grab and grab and grab. You know I get greedy I want money, money.
I’ll tell you what we’re going to do, right? We get greedy right? Now we’re going to get greedy for the United States we’re going to grab and grab and grab. We’re going to bring in so much money and so much everything. We’re going to make America great again, folks, I’m telling you folks we’re going to make America great again. …

Notice that Donald Trump clearly is stating he is a greedy lover of money and that he is clearly also trying to appeal to the pride, greed, and love of money of American voters. Pride goes before destruction, and destruction is coming to the USA (Daniel 11:39; Habakkuk 2:2-8).
Hillary Clinton’s covetousness is also apparent when she claims she will take from some Americans to give to other Americans.
Regarding the end times, the Bible warns:
1 But know this, that in the last days perilous times will come: 2 For men will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, 3 unloving, unforgiving, slanderers, without self-control, brutal, despisers of good, 4 traitors, headstrong, haughty, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God, 5 having a form of godliness but denying its power. And from such people turn away! (2 Timothy 3:1-5)
Many of the specific behaviors warned about for the end times apply to both Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump. Instead of turning away from such people, both major political parties in the USA plan to nominate such people. And then one of them is likely to get elected.
As regular readers of this page are aware, I consider both Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump ‘apocalyptic,’ meaning that both of them have taken steps, and if elected will take more steps, that will help lead to the start of the Great Tribulation and the destruction of the United States (watch Hillary Clinton and Bible Prophecy and Could Donald Trump be Apocalyptic?).
Consider also the following prophecies:
12 As for My people, children are their oppressors, And women rule over them. O My people! Those who lead you cause you to err, And destroy the way of your paths.” (Isaiah 3:12)
16 For the leaders of this people cause them to err, And those who are led by them are destroyed. (Isaiah 9:16)
Certainly, if either Donald Trump or Hillary Clinton get elected they will cause people to err. They have already both advocated various sins that the Bible opposes. The election of either one will bring the USA closer to destruction.
Even condoning the LGBT agenda is something Americans should fear according to the Bible (Romans 1:18-32)–and both Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump have done that.
Notice also some passages that Hosea and Amos were inspired to write:
9 O Israel, you have sinned..13 You have plowed wickedness; You have reaped iniquity. You have eaten the fruit of lies, Because you trusted in your own way, In the multitude of your mighty men. 14 Therefore tumult shall arise among your people, And all your fortresses shall be plundered. (Hosea 10:9,13-14)
6 Seek the Lord and live, Lest He break out like fire in the house of Joseph, And devour it…The Lord is His name. 9 He rains ruin upon the strong, So that fury comes upon the fortress. (Amos 5:6,8-9)
10 All the sinners of My people shall die by the sword, Who say, ‘The calamity shall not overtake nor confront us.’ (Amos 9:10)
People who have faith that the USA will continue and get through all of this should ask themselves, “Why?” They also may wish to ask themselves since the Bible talks about end time kings of the north (Daniel 11:40), south (Daniel 11:40), and east (Revelation 16:12), why does it not mention an end time “king of the west”–the USA is west of Jerusalem (see also Who is the King of the West?)? The fact that the King of the North eliminates those with the strongest fortresses (Daniel 11:39) should be a clue.
Disaster is coming:
2 “And you, son of man, thus says the Lord God to the land of Israel:
‘An end! The end has come upon the four corners of the land. 3 Now the end has come upon you, And I will send My anger against you; I will judge you according to your ways, And I will repay you for all your abominations. 4 My eye will not spare you, Nor will I have pity; But I will repay your ways, And your abominations will be in your midst; Then you shall know that I am the Lord!’
5 “Thus says the Lord God:
‘A disaster, a singular disaster; Behold, it has come! 6 An end has come, The end has come; It has dawned for you; Behold, it has come! 7 Doom has come to you, you who dwell in the land; The time has come, A day of trouble is near, And not of rejoicing in the mountains. 8 Now upon you I will soon pour out My fury, And spend My anger upon you; I will judge you according to your ways, And I will repay you for all your abominations.
9 ‘My eye will not spare, Nor will I have pity; I will repay you according to your ways, And your abominations will be in your midst. Then you shall know that I am the Lord who strikes. (Ezekiel 7:2-9)
Notice also what God inspired Jeremiah to record about those who thought they had prophetic understanding and did not believe that disaster would come:
12 They have lied about the Lord, And said, “It is not He. Neither will evil come upon us, Nor shall we see sword or famine. 13 And the prophets become wind, For the word is not in them. Thus shall it be done to them.”
14 Therefore thus says the Lord God of hosts:
“Because you speak this word, Behold, I will make My words in your mouth fire, And this people wood, And it shall devour them. 15 Behold, I will bring a nation against you from afar, O house of Israel,” says the Lord.”It is a mighty nation, It is an ancient nation, A nation whose language you do not know, Nor can you understand what they say…
30 “An astonishing and horrible thing Has been committed in the land: 31 The prophets prophesy falsely, And the priests rule by their own power; And My people love to have it so. But what will you do in the end? (Jeremiah 5:12-15, 30-31)
14 Your prophets have seen for you
False and deceptive visions;
They have not uncovered your iniquity,
To bring back your captives,
But have envisioned for you false prophecies and delusions. (Lamentations 2:14)
Here is another segment of scripture that show that this same, King of the North, leader seems to be affecting the USA and its Anglo-descended allies:
24 His power shall be mighty, but not by his own power;
He shall destroy fearfully,
And shall prosper and thrive;
He shall destroy the mighty, and also the holy people.25 “Through his cunning
He shall cause deceit to prosper under his rule;
And he shall exalt himself in his heart.
He shall destroy many in their prosperity. (Daniel 8:24-25a)
Nations such as the USA, New Zealand, Australia, Canada, and the UK will be destroyed “in their prosperity.” This is not talking about an invasion of Africa or South America (though the King of the North will also take over the Middle East per Daniel 11:40-43 and also will prosper from that). This is referring to a group like the Anglo-descended nations–one of which may soon be led by Hillary Clinton or Donald Trump.
Should Americans actually fear Hillary Clinton or Donald Trump?
Probably not.
But they should fear the immoral policies that both advocate and realize that destruction will come to the USA. Enough so that they need to properly repent, accept Jesus of the Bible, be baptized (Acts 2:38), and live as a Philadelphia Christian (as those are the only ones that Jesus promised to protect from the coming ‘hour of trial that will come on the whole world’ per Revelation 3:8-10).
For all others, destruction will affect them, whether they fear God or not.
