Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s eldest son, Yair, blasted the European Union on Tuesday for supporting a joint Israeli-Arab Memorial Day event. …
“Shame on you for financing a disgrace in the holiest day of the Israeli calendar! We have one day in a year to remember our fallen soldiers! And you destroy it with a ‘memorial’ to Palestinian terrorists!” Netanyahu tweeted in response to a post by the EU’s mission in Israel.
“EU is an enemy of Israel, and an enemy to all European Christian countries! Let’s consider several of Yair Netanyahu’s assertions.
Will the European Union as we know it remain?
No. So, in that sense, Yair Netanyahu is correct.
Will Europe become free, democratic, and Christian?
No.
The following prophecy, which is consistent with the end of the European Union as we have known it, shows that Europe will turn to accept a dictator called the “beast”:
12 “The ten horns which you saw are ten kings who have received no kingdom as yet, but they receive authority for one hour as kings with the beast. 13 These are of one mind, and they will give their power and authority to the beast. (Revelation 17:12-13)
The following scriptures show that this beast power will be militaristic and totalitarian and not allow true Christian freedom:
1 Then I stood on the sand of the sea. And I saw a beast rising up out of the sea, having seven heads and ten horns, and on his horns ten crowns, and on his heads a blasphemous name. 2 Now the beast which I saw was like a leopard, his feet were like the feet of a bear, and his mouth like the mouth of a lion. The dragon gave him his power, his throne, and great authority. 3 And I saw one of his heads as if it had been mortally wounded, and his deadly wound was healed. And all the world marveled and followed the beast. 4 So they worshiped the dragon who gave authority to the beast; and they worshiped the beast, saying, “Who is like the beast? Who is able to make war with him?”
5 And he was given a mouth speaking great things and blasphemies, and he was given authority to continue for forty-two months. 6 Then he opened his mouth in blasphemy against God, to blaspheme His name, His tabernacle, and those who dwell in heaven. 7 It was granted to him to make war with the saints and to overcome them. And authority was given him over every tribe, tongue, and nation. 8 All who dwell on the earth will worship him, whose names have not been written in the Book of Life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world. (Revelation 13:1-8)
25 He shall speak pompous words against the Most High, Shall persecute the saints of the Most High, And shall intend to change times and law. Then the saints shall be given into his hand For a time and times and half a time. (Daniel 7:25)
36 Then the king shall do according to his own will: he shall exalt and magnify himself above every god, shall speak blasphemies against the God of gods, and shall prosper till the wrath has been accomplished; for what has been determined shall be done. (Daniel 11:36)
Note: 42 months (Revelation 13:5) equals 3 1/2 years, which is the length of a time (1 year), times (2 years), and 1/2 a time (1/2 year) that Daniel wrote about (Daniel 7:25)–this is the time of the Great Tribulation and Day of the Lord.
Since the dictatorial Beast is prophesied to make war with the saints, and the saints are the real Christians, Europe obviously will not be Christian in reality.

The Bible prophesies:

That is clearly a prophecy of dictatorial control over money–and getting rid of cash, while replacing it with electronic forms of payment (which can easily be monitored), is a major way to that.

Now, another point to make about Yair Netanyahu’s assertion about a ‘Christian’ Europe goes, the reality is that the coming Beast leader will feign some version of Roman Catholic Christianity. He will not truly believe in it, and the Bible prophesies that his supporters will eventually turn against the Church of Rome (Revelation 17:16-18).
Lest that sound like ‘Catholic bashing,’ Roman Catholics have prophecies consistent with that as well (cf. The Great Monarch: Biblical and Catholic Prophecies).
So, regarding Yair Netanyahu’s comments about Europe, he is correct that the EU as we know it will one day be no more. He is correct that something calling itself Christian will rise up, though it will not be truly Christian. Yair Netanyahu is in further error, however, when he believes Europe will become free and democratic. Biblical prophecies clearly teach that a dictatorial and persecuting leader will rise up in Europe.
We are getting closer to that time.
