Brexit, ‘ECB Is Worst-Run Central Bank In The World,’ & Prophecy

Currently, the Brexit discussions between the United Kingdom (UK) and the European Union (EU) are not going well:

Dominic Raab has said a Brexit deal needs to be done by the “end of November” or the government risks running out of time to rubber-stamp the agreement before Britain leaves the EU.

The European Union and United Kingdom have failed to end their Brexit standoff, heightening the risk of the U.K. crashing out of the bloc without a deal in March. Should talks fail, London firms and banks will lose access to European markets overnight, and large chunks of cross-border finance could become illegal, creating confusion and chaos in global markets. …
Clearinghouses. The Bank of England warned that 41 trillion pounds ($53.54 trillion) in derivatives contracts are at risk. In the event of a rupture, EU firms would be unable to access U.K. clearinghouses, which sit between counterparties and facilitate trades. U.K. clearinghouses account for the vast majority of derivative trades cleared in Europe and will have to send three-month notices to EU bank clients in December unless the European Commission authorizes them to operate beyond March 29. And if the European Securities and Markets Authority fails to recognize U.K. clearinghouses, vast swathes of derivatives will need to be closed out or transferred.
Data. EU data-protection law limits the transfer of personal data outside the bloc. That’s a big problem for EU and U.K. financial institutions, which depend on the flow of digital information between businesses and clients. A hard Brexit is now the most likely outcome for the UK, says a top economist.
Megan Greene, Managing Director of Manulife Asset Management, told Bloomberg: “I still think a hard Brexit is the most likely scenario.

EUROPE must prevent a “worst-case scenario Brexit” if the UK leaves the European Union without a deal, BDI Chief Executive Joachim Lang has said. …
Mr Lang, Chief of the Federation of German Industries (BDI) – one of Germany’s most influential lobby groups – said a hard Brexit will be a “disaster” on both sides of the Channel. …
Mr Lang continued: “… Europe runs the risk of slipping into a disorderly Brexit – a massive crisis would be the result.

We will see how the Brexit negotiations go.
But the reality is that the EU has basically gone on record saying that it was willing to hurt itself as long as it hurt the UK enough so that no other EU member state will ever vote to leave.
You will notice that one of the articles mentioned banking matters.
How are banking matters at the top level of the EU viewed?
Not so good according to the following:

Felix Zulauf was a member of the Barron’s Roundtable for about 30 years … {He was asked and then answered the following}:
How do Europe’s prospects look to you these days?
Introducing the euro led to forced centralization of the political organization, as imbalances created by the monetary union must be rebalanced through a centralized system. As nations have different needs, the people are revolting; established parties are in decisive decline, and anti-establishment organizations are rising. The risk of a hard Brexit is high. Italy doesn’t listen to Brussels any longer. It kept the budget deficit around 1% of gross domestic product in recent years, as instructed, which meant the country, with a dysfunctional banking system, had no growth and high youth unemployment. The March election brought anti-establishment parties to power that proposed a budget with a 2.4% deficit target. Eventually it will be closer to 4%. The Italian banking system holds €350 billion of government bonds. If 10-year government-bond yields hit 4%, banks’ equity capital will just about equal their nonperforming loans.
By the middle of next year, you’ll see more fiscal stimulation in Germany, Italy, France, and possibly Spain. Governments will not care about the EU’s directives. The EU will have to change, giving more sovereignty to individual nations. If Brussels remains dogmatic, the EU eventually will break apart.
The European Central Bank will quit quantitative easing by the end of this year. The economy has been doing well, the inflation rate has risen, and yet the ECB has continued with aggressive monetary easing, primarily financing the weak governments. This is nonsense. They are the worst-run central bank in the world. I expect the euro to weaken further, possibly to $1.06 from a current $1.15.
So, Felix Zulauf believes that the European Central Bank is the worst run central bank in the world and that if things do not change, the European Union will eventually break apart.
The Bible shows that the final European Beast power will have unity problems, but will still exist for a time:
41 Whereas you saw the feet and toes, partly of potter’s clay and partly of iron, the kingdom shall be divided; yet the strength of the iron shall be in it, just as you saw the iron mixed with ceramic clay. 42 And as the toes of the feet were partly of iron and partly of clay, so the kingdom shall be partly strong and partly fragile. 43 As you saw iron mixed with ceramic clay, they will mingle with the seed of men; but they will not adhere to one another, just as iron does not mix with clay. (Daniel 2:41-43)
Interestingly, the late Pastor General of the old Worldwide Church of God, Herbert W. Armstrong, had a view about banking matters and European unity. Here is something he said in a sermon on July 7, 1984:
And I can see now, the event that is going to trigger the formation of the reunification in Europe; the resurrection of the medieval Holy Roman Empire that we’ve been looking forward to that is prophesied to come…
But I believe that some event is going to happen suddenly just like out a blue sky that is going to shock the whole world and is going to cause the nations in Europe to realize they must unite! … Well now I think I can see what may be the very event that is going to trigger…that is the economic situation in the world…
The whole banking structure in the United States is a network all jointed together. But not only that, one nation has to deal with other nations and imports and exports. And so they have to have a means of transforming money from one nation to another. And so the banking structure is international and interwoven…
Now when the financial structure breaks down, all civilization is going to break down…
So, an economic or banking crisis is what Herbert W. Armstrong concluded would drive Europe to unite.
It will take some type of crisis for Europe to reorganize, but it is prophesied to do so:
12 “The ten horns which you saw are ten kings who have received no kingdom as yet, but they receive authority for one hour as kings with the beast. 13 These are of one mind, and they will give their power and authority to the beast. (Revelation 17:12-13)
Problems with the ECB, derivatives, the US dollar, and/or Brexit may all be factors that will get Europe to decide to reorganize and support a dictator that the Bible calls the Beast.
