Inflation is becoming more and more an issue in the West.

Inflation reached 10.7% across the 19 countries that use the euro currency, a 40-year high.
Economists had previously forecast that inflation would top out at about 10.2%.
The inflation figure rose from 9.9% the month before, driven by an astronomical 41.9% rise in energy costs compared to last year, EU statistics office Eurostat said. Major increases in the cost of food were also a factor, rising at 13.1%.

The official numbers in the Baltics are over 20%! That is a lot more than the 2% central bankers tend to shoot for.
Notice that the ride of third horseman of the Apocalypse results in scarcity, inflation, and famine. Revelation 6:5-6 indicates that there will be food, but that it will be quite expensive (food-price inflation).
5 When He opened the third seal, I heard the third living creature say, “Come and see.” So I looked, and behold, a black horse, and he who sat on it had a pair of scales in his hand. 6 And I heard a voice in the midst of the four living creatures saying, “A quart of wheat for a denarius, and three quarts of barley for a denarius; and do not harm the oil and the wine.” (Revelation 6:5-6)
Some will thus die as they will not be able to afford it, while others will survive but struggle.
Also, notice that wheat, barley, and edible oil is listed as shortages associated with the ride of the third horseman. Ukraine is a significant exporter of all of those–or at least is was:

Meanwhile global wheat prices have started to rise following Russia’s withdrawal from the Black Sea grain export deal last weekend.

Protesters have called for the Czech government to resign amid rising prices. …
Thousands of people took to the streets in the Czech capital on Friday to protest high prices, for which they blame the center-right government’s focus on supporting Ukraine against the Russian invasion.
The organizers of the “Czech Republic first” protest — a nod to former US President Donald Trump’s nationalist slogan — are a mixture of various, mostly far-right, fringe groups with pro-Kremlin and anti-vaccine tendencies.

Ultimately, Europe will reorganize and turn rule over to a dictatorial leader the Bible calls “the beast”:

Europe has its highest inflation rate since the euro was adopted.
The USA inflation rate, itself, is at a 41-year high.
Though the rate will likely dip for a time, do not be deceived, expect more food inflation. And yes, there will be more protests. And one day, relatively soon, Europe will reorganize and become something that the Bible warns against.
