The G77, which actually has 134 official nation members, including China which says it is not an official one, has been meeting in Cuba.
The President of Brazil took a shot against US sanctions against Cuba at the G77, which is what the tweet at the beginning of this post means.

The Group of 77 developing countries (G77) called for a new global order at a two-day summit in Havana, Cuba, which wrapped up on Saturday.
The G77 was established in 1964 to advance the collective economic interests of the Global South. The bloc has since expanded to include 134 members.
“After all this time that the North has organized the world according to its interests, it is now up to the South to change the rules of the game,” said Cuban President Miguel Diaz-Canel, who currently chairs the organization. …
A number of Latin American leaders were present at the summit including Brazilian President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva, Venezuela’s Nicolas Maduro, Colombia’s Gustavo Petro, and Argentina’s Alberto Fernandez.
Other world leaders who attended include Angolan President Joao Lourenco and Mozambican President Filipe Nyusi and Palestinian Authority leader Mahmoud Abbas.

Nearly all of the nations in the BRICS (Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa) alliance, including all six that are to join that alliance in January 2024 (Argentina, Egypt, Iran, Ethiopia, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates (UAE) are in the G77.
Although the G77 objects to how “the West” has been leading the world, that “West” seems mainly to be the USA and the UK. Notice the favorable comment at the G77 conference from the Sri Lankan President about the European Union:

One of the things that the G77 does not like is USA-led sanctions:

As long time readers of this COGwriter Church of God News page are aware, I have long warned about costs of sanctions (e.g. watch US Sanctions and Tariffs leading to New World Order?) and the weaponization of the US dollar (e.g. see Turning its dollar into a weapon will help destroy the USA).
Although Russia is the only BRICS nation to not be directly connected to the G77, it is involved with many of its members. Consider the following:

What Global South visitors did experience – the collective west was virtually absent from the Forum – was a work in progress in sustainable development: a sovereign state setting the tone in terms of integrating large swathes of its territory to the new, emerging, polycentric geoeconomic era. Delegations from ASEAN (Laos, Myanmar, Philippines) and the Arab world, not to mention India and China, totally understood the picture.
Welcome to the ‘de-westernization movement’
In his speech, Putin stressed how the rate of investment in the Far East is three times the Russian region average; how the Far East is only 35 percent explored, with unlimited potential for natural resource industries; how the Power of Siberia and Sakhalin-Khabarovsk-Vladivostok gas pipelines will be connected; and how by 2030, liquified natural gas (LNG) production in the Russian Arctic will triple.
In a broader context, Putin made clear that “the global economy has changed and continues to change; the west, with its own hands, is destroying the system of trade and finance that it itself created.” It is no wonder then that Russia’s trade turnover with Asia-Pacific grew by 13.7 percent in 2022, and by another 18.3 percent in just the first half of 2023. …
Wang Wen could not but highlight the breakthrough represented by the Huawei Mate 60 Pro: “Sanctions are not such a bad thing. They only strengthen the “de-westernization movement,” as it is informally referred to in China. …

As I’ve been warning my readers, the most significant development in international finance since 1971 will be unveiled just over one month from today.

Major steps are being taken to push aside the dominance of the USA dollar.
Jim Rickards stated that “This play for global reserve currency status by the BRICS will affect world trade, direct foreign investment and investor portfolios in dramatic and unforeseen ways.” Jim Rickards did not discuss the role of Europe to bypass the USA dollar –but that was part of why the euro was developed in the first place. And Europe will help topple the dollar–it will not just be the alliance of the BRICS nations. So, let’s say that from his perspective, what will happen with Europe in all of this is “unforseen.” But biblically, we know much of what will happen.
And yes, gold looks to be involved for Europe (cf. Daniel 11:38,43) and others (cf. Revelation 18).
Furthermore, USA sanctions policies and debt (which Joe Biden and others continue to increase–watch also our video: And the Debt Goes On …) will have costs greater than those that most pundits understand (cf. Habakkuk 2:6-8).
The end of the USA will happen (cf. Daniel 11:39).
Actions being taken around the world are setting the stage for that.
