Four Central Banks on Currency Printing Frenzy

World financial leaders are worried about their economies and printing a lot of money. A reader sent me a link to the following:

First and foremost, four of the world’s largest central banks have gone absolutely berserk, running the money printing presses like never before in history…The Bank of Japan (BOJ)…the U.S. Federal Reserve…The Bank of England…the European Central Bank…

The first disaster is that the money drug stops working…The second disaster is the drug’s inevitable side-effect — inflation.

The above author seemingly believes that the first disaster he listed has already started to take place and that the next one is starting to develop.

As I have written here before, eventually, the USA will have massive hyperinflation, and the UK too. Europe and Japan may as well, but that is not as certain to the same degree, though possible.

Here is some of what I wrote in 2009 in my book 2012 and the Rise of the Secret Sect:

President Barack Obama has put forth economic policies that will (for at least several years) greatly increase that debt. Yet, increasing national debt like this will lead to destruction at the appointed time of the end (Habakkuk 2:3, 6–8)…

It would seem that once the U.S. dollar totally collapses people all around the world will consider that even if the Euro is strong, having a more gold-backed currency would be safer. Having the European power acquiring a lot more gold to back the Euro (even if the backing is only implied) or possibly other future European currency (that might potentially replace the Euro) may greatly increase European credibility, prosperity, and influence around the globe.

As this supports, for years I have been warning that the USA would face a crisis like it currently is and that it ultimately will get much worse. The fact that others are printing excessive amounts of currency (including electronic “printing”) means that the world ultimately will want some firmer backing of currency, possibly including gold. And Europe possibly may end up with a different currency situation.

Eventually, despite Europe’s problems (cf. Daniel 2:42-43), Bible prophecy shows that Europe will be THE major economic superpower for a short time. And as I have written many times at COGwriter, I expect the euro to drop in value from time to time, and even to plummet should major civil unrest occur, until the euro (or whatever replacement currency Europe would have should the euro be dropped, including a possible world currency with multiple pieces from various nations) becomes the actual world reserve currency essentially replacing the US dollar.

As far as Japan, it has been in the economic doldrums for some time and ultimately may end aligning with China–but not quite yet.

The money printing in the “developed” countries can only hide their debt for so long. Some things will change and I personally expect some technological and other developments out of Europe will help that block.
