Germany’s Defence Minister and others have pushed for a much stronger German military this week:

Germany’s defence minister calls for total militarisation: “We have to become fit for war”

Defence Minister Boris Pistorius (Social Democrat, SPD) … Addressing the intensification of international wars and crises and the German role in them, Pistorius said:

We need a change of mentality. In the troops, it is in full swing. I notice that, for example, when we talk about the Lithuanian brigade. We need it in the Defence Ministry, where we have set the course. But we also need it in society as a whole, and we also need it in politics. The federal government has clearly committed itself to the [NATO] two-percent target.

But, very importantly, the change of mentality in society is also right. We have to get used to the idea again that the danger of war could be looming in Europe, and that means we have to become fit for war, we have to be fit for defence, and we have to position the Bundeswehr [Armed Forces] and society for it.

Pistorius’ statements are a serious warning. Almost eight decades after the fall of the Third Reich, the ruling class in Germany sees the time as having come to act openly as a war power again and to wage major war—with all the consequences.

The last time Germany was “capable of war” and “capable of defence,” it destroyed the entire continent and committed the greatest crimes in human history with the war of extermination against the Soviet Union and the murder of six million Jews in the Holocaust. Defense Minister Boris Pistorius warned on Sunday night that in the current global situation, Germany needed to be prepared for war and able to defend the country. But that required a fundamental re-think about what the Bundeswehr was for.

“We have to get used to the idea again that the danger of war could be looming in Europe,” the Social Democrat told public broadcaster ZDF on Sunday. “And that means: We have to become fit for war. More and more leaders in Germany have been publicly calling for increased military might. Its Defence Minister Boris Pistorius has laid out reasons to increase it. Will that happen?

Could there be some type of a ‘fourth reich’ this century to follow the ‘third reich’ of last century?

The old Radio Church of God thought so, even back in 1964:

Well, since that came out, East and West Germany united, the European Union formed, and is heading in a way looking to lead to the final version of a Roman Empire. Plus, Europe has its own military group called PESCO.

PESCO and a Great European Army

In November 2018, French President Macron called for a “true European army” because of China, Russia, and the USA. Some others in Europe have echoed that sentiment. On November 9, 2018, US President Donald Trump called that an insult, but the next day said that the USA wanted “a very strong Europe.” Emmanuel Macron referred to Donald Trump as “my friend” and indicated a desire to strengthen Europe’s military spending. In December 2017, 25 European nations agreed to be part of a military alliance called PESCO. Europe also has NATO and IEI. Will Europe end up with “a great army”? Has Donald Trump’s announcement to withdraw from the 1987 Intermediate-Range Nuclear Forces Treaty gotten some to say that Europe must rebel against the USA? Is the idea of a United States of Europe and a European army a “paranoid fantasy” or a biblical reality? Will the USA regret Europe becoming a stronger military power? Will the USA be betrayed by “friends” such as its continental European allies? Does the Bible teach any or all of this? Are there connections to the Beast of Revelation or the King of the North of Daniel 11? Dr. Thiel addresses these matters in this video.

Almost all EU nations are part of PESCO. Last month, Denmark added to those nations as it joined PESCO:

Denmark has joined the European Union’s (EU’s) Permanent Structured Cooperation (PESCO) military mobility project, the Danish Ministry of Defence announced on its website on 2 October. The project aims to create a better framework for transporting military personnel and equipment, for example, by easing customs regulations and creating transport corridors. …

In September Denmark also joined the European Defence Agency’s (EDA’s) programme on ‘optimising cross-border movement permission procedures in Europe’ (CBMP). …

And, PESCO has been funding a variety of technological projects and wants to fund more.

Germany will become a major military power again–and it wants to lead Europe.

This does not mean that everyone in Germany wants it to militarily dominate the world, but Bible prophecy shows that deep down, those there do want to dominate.

Notice the following prophecy:

5 “Woe to Assyria, the rod of My anger
And the staff in whose hand is My indignation.
6 I will send him against an ungodly nation,
And against the people of My wrath
I will give him charge,
To seize the spoil, to take the prey,
And to tread them down like the mire of the streets.
7 Yet he does not mean so,
Nor does his heart think so;
But it is in his heart to destroy,
And cut off not a few nations.
8 For he says,
‘Are not my princes altogether kings? (Isaiah 10:5-8)

Notice that the leader of the final empire will not think that he wants to destroy nations, but he really does, and really will.

Notice that Isaiah tells of a time when the end time Assyrian power will be sent against an ungodly (NKJV), “hypocritical” (KJV) nation. The Hebrew word used signifies being “soiled” or impious, and certainly that is now the case for the nation known as the United States. The Snowden leaks of USA espionage, Donald Trump, Joe Biden’s ‘Inflation Reduction Act,’ and other USA issues have enraged the Germans.

Some believe that Germany already has had a type of fourth reich as it has been able to dominate European matters at least for the past decade or so. Poland and some others have expressed concerns.

Biblically, the final European King of the North will lead a revived ‘Holy Roman Empire.’ This will be the empire of the Beast power of Revelation 13. This new world order, which will have German dominance, will in a sense be its fourth militaristic reich (reich means reign).

Technology will, in my view, be key in the establishment of a militaristic fourth reich, consistent with scriptures such as Revelation 13:4. And that power will initiate WWIII.

Some however, believe WWIII has begun. Notice the following:

WWIII Is Underway: We are Witnessing The Start Of End Times! Nuclear Countries Taking Sides In Multiple Wars As America Heads Towards Mass Civil Unrest

World War III is already underway, the only question now is whether it will go nuclear, and between Israel, the U.S., Russia, China, all nuclear powers and on opposite sides of the Israel/Hamas war, each day we get closer to the first nuke being dropped.

While Iran, who controls Syria, and the terrorists groups Hamas and Hezbollah, has both groups attacking Israel from two different sides, it is absolutely critical to remember Israel’s Samson option, which analysts have “given to Israel’s deterrence strategy of massive retaliation with nuclear weapons as a “last resort” against a country whose military has invaded and/or destroyed much of Israel.”

We know this is being spoken about by some in Israel as we have seen an official already call for Israel to use their “Doomsday” nuclear option on their enemies.

This is not a deterrent to Muslim nations surrounding Israel because according to their beliefs, the closer the world comes to being destroyed, the faster their “Mahdi” appears.

Mahdī, (Arabic: “guided one”) in Islamic eschatology, a messianic deliverer who will fill earth with justice and equity, restore true religion, and usher in a short golden age lasting seven, eight, or nine years before the end of the world.

Some believe that it is not “if” a nuclear war will happen in the coming weeks or months, but “when,” and much of the world is wondering who will drop the first nuke.

WORLD WAR III IS UNDERWAY……

Turkey has already threatened to declare war on Israel, and to send ships in support of Hamas in Gaza. Conflicting reports indicate Turkish ships already underway, with some claiming 100 ships are moving through the Istanbul Strait to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the Republic of Turkey, with others claiming those ships are indeed entering the war.

As Israel continues to move into Gaza to root out Hamas, they are also conducting raids against  Palestinian armed groups in West Bank that have been attacking them.

While the Russia/Ukraine war has taken a backseat in the news, that war is still raging.

Biden has also threatened to go to war with China on behalf of the Philippines …

CIVIL UNREST IN AMERICA…

The U.S. is already seeing signs of civil unrest by those that are pro-Hamas and those that are pro-Israel.
