Guttenberg Wants Germany’s Army More Efficient

Germany’s Defence Minister Baron von und zu Guttenberg wants to make structural changes:

The German military has historically been known for its “efficiency” and sadly will likely be again in the not so distant future according to biblical (Revelation 13:3-4) and other prophecies.
Karl-Theodor Guttenberg also wants NATO to be changed, and fairly quickly (see NATO, Baron Guttenberg, and the King of the North). That may not bode well for the one nation known as the USA.

And he needs a more effective military to do that. And right now Karl-Theodor von und zu Guttenberg is working towards the goal of a more “efficient and effective” military for Germany (and Europe).
