Herman van Rompuy: President of the Eurozone

The EU more or less has two presidents, a rotating one and a “permanent” one. The permanent one is Herman van Rompuy. A reader sent me a translation and link to the following:

Perhaps as he adds a stronger title, and gains more influence, he will be able to directly fulfill Daniel 11:20 (especially if he dies shortly after raising taxes). But even if he is not specifically prophesied, the trend in Europe is to go for a stronger leader. And ultimately, a major dictator (and I do not anticipate at this time that it will be Herman van Rompuy) will rise up (Revelation 17:12-13), the final King of the North, European Beast power of Bible prophecy.
