Internet Outages Briefly Disrupt Access to Websites, Apps

A wave of brief internet outages hit the websites and apps of dozens of financial institutions, airlines and other companies across the globe Thursday.
The Hong Kong Stock Exchange said in a tweet Thursday afternoon Hong Kong time that its site was facing technical issues and that it was investigating. It said in another post 17 minutes later that its websites were back to normal.
Internet monitoring websites including ThousandEyes, Downdetector.com and fing.com showed dozens of disruptions, including to U.S.-based airlines.
Many of the outages were reported by people in Australia trying to do banking, book flights and access postal services.
Australia Post, the country’s postal service, said on Twitter that an “external outage” had impacted a number of its services, and that while most services had come back online, they are continuing to monitor and investigate.
Many services were up and running after an hour or so, but the affected companies said they were working overtime to prevent further problems.
Banking services were severely disrupted, with Westpac, the Commonwealth, ANZ and St George all down, along with the website of the Reserve Bank of Australia. …
Brief internet service outages are not uncommon and are only rarely the result of hacking or other mischief. As more and more people use online banking, internet outages essentially stop buying and selling.
The one reported today supposedly was not intentional. But it shows that an intentional stoppage consistent with Amos 8:11-12 (‘famine of the word’) as well as ‘666’ could easily happen.
But having internet outages is not the only way to prevent information flow and buying and selling.
The time is coming when many specific individuals can and will be stopped.

A banking corporation, without apology and without much explanation, has shut down a bank account for America First activist Lauren Witzke, but has denied it had anything to do with her conservative beliefs and politics.
A statement from Wells Fargo said the decision was made “appropriately,” but the actions generated a warning from Andrew Torba, the chief of Gab.com, who also has faced banking obstacles because of politics.
“Today it’s Lauren; yesterday it was Gab; and tomorrow it can and will be you,” he warned.
The National File said Witzke, who was a Republican candidate for Senate in Delaware in 2020, confirmed the bank corporation shut down her bank account, removing her money from the entire system.
It left her with a “zero balance” and she would have been stranded had she not been with friends out of state at the time.
The report explained, “The lack of explanation from Wells Fargo as to why they closed down Witzke’s bank account opens questions as to why the decision was taken to begin with, and if it had anything to do with her Christian conservative politics. Witzke is a current presenter with TruNews, a Christian broadcast network, and has stood up for America First policies, including joining with fellow conservative activists Nick Fuentes, Laura Loomer, and Michelle Malkin, to push for a greater crackdown on Big Tech in Florida. Yes, there have been scattered reports of ‘conservative’ Americans getting their bank accounts closed.
And in the future, more spending surveillance looks to be another way people will get their financial access denied.
Part of the technological reason for this will be digital currency.

But the prospect of a digital currency controlled by central banks has some corners of the commercial banking world worried …
Cecilia Skingsley, the first deputy governor of Sweden’s Riksbank, said central banks will play a “focused and narrow role” in providing the infrastructure on which the private sector can build, “and that’s where we are going to stay.”

No, it is not the “divine right” of commercial banks to control deposits or buying and selling for that matter,
But the Bible says a power that will demand worship will arise in Europe and will essentially claim he has that essentially as a divine governance right.
The coming 666 European Beast power will take steps to shoot for eliminating 100% of cash if possible. As far as when, probably by 2028. Have no doubts about it: some type of internet digital currency will be adopted by Europe. And that currency could be in place BEFORE the European Beast power rises up.
Digital currencies allow for monitoring of buying and selling–which the Bible says the 666 power will do. Digital currencies also give governments ways to essentially force spending by allowing ‘negative interest rates’ on money being held electronically.
Moves towards cashlessness was number 13 of 21 items to prophetically watch in 2021 :
13. Cash and 666
Because of COVID concerns, some have not wanted to handle physical currency (watch COVID-19 Leading to 666?).
While COVID-19 is NOT the ride of the fourth horseman of the apocalypse, when that happens, people will be more willing to get rid of physical currency.
Notice the following prophecy:
16 He causes all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and slave, to receive a mark on their right hand or on their foreheads, 17 and that no one may buy or sell except one who has the mark or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.
18 Here is wisdom. Let him who has understanding calculate the number of the beast, for it is the number of a man: His number is 666. (Revelation 13:16-18)
It will be a European power that will fulfill the above prophecy of 666 (watch Can You Prove that the Beast to Come is European?).
It will likely take computers aided with artificial intelligence to aid in the fulfillment of the scriptures in Revelation 13:15-18, as well as cyber-spying/monitoring. I do believe that cyber monitoring will be used by the European Beast, King of the North, 666 power.
We are seeing a move to digital/electronic money (watch Blockchain, Karl Guttenberg, and 666 and Sweden going to ‘666’ cashlessness?). Knowledge of financial transactions is greatly increasing.
This type of financial surveillance could not have happened during the time of the Apostle John as there was no real way to monitor many financial transactions then (despite the fact that ‘preterists’ believe this was fulfilled almost 2000 years ago, see also The Dangerous Rise of Preterists). The same was true for all the centuries that followed until the late 20th and now the 21st century. But now not only does the technology exist to monitor most financial transactions, the political will is there as well.
While 2021 will not see a cashless world, expect to see more movements towards monitorable payments.
More digital currency use is coming.
The Bible prophesies that totalitarian financial controls are coming to Europe:

The type of controls prophesied in Revelation 13:16-18 were something that was not possible when Jesus had the Apostle John pen the above. But it is possible now with digital technology.
The time of controlling buying and selling-666-is coming.
