‘Is The US Losing The World?’
ZeroHedge posted the following:
Is The US Losing The World?
May 27, 2023
The US led free world (Western Europe, Japan and Australia) during the cold war were offered a pretty good deal. Mutual economic access (to a degree) and US military protection. In return the US got to set the majority of the economic terms. This was a very good deal for all involved. With the collapse of the Soviet Union and communism, this deal was extended to more countries. Eastern Europe, rest of Asia, and most notable from 2000 onwards China. The problem is that the US is reneging on its part of the deal. … the US is now asking Australia to spend 50% of its defence budget for the next 30 years to supply the US with a nuclear submarine refuelling station in Perth. This has two negatives. Firstly it risks Australian access to the Chinese market, which is far larger than the US market for Australia. And it starves other parts of the Australian military of funds.
Secondly, the implication is that American defense spending, despite being larger than the next 10 nations combined, now requires its allies to spend more. …
The attractions of a non-US based system increases every time the possibility of US debt default rises. https://www.zerohedge.com/geopolitical/us-losing-world
Yes, the US is losing the world.
Its military positions are getting places like Europe to greatly increase their military spending–and that will not end well for the US per Daniel 11:39 (see also USA in Prophecy: The Strongest Fortresses).
As far as debt goes, the plan in the US is to increase it. Yet, the Bible says that is a wrong–and dangerous– view to take (cf. Habakkuk 2:6-8). It also shows that the power in the end time with the strongest military will be taken over (cf. Daniel 11:39; see also USA in Prophecy: The Strongest Fortresses).
Steps are also being taken against the UK (e.g. Eurasian alliance plans to eliminate London’s metal market dominance as well as USA dollar dominance).
The Anglo-American dominance of the world is coming to an end.
The USA WILL NOT LAST LONG!
Most Americans seem to see disaster if either Joe Biden or Donald Trump get a second term office. Notice the results of a recent CNN poll:
Most Democrats and Democratic-leaning independent voters do think it is likely that Biden will become the party’s candidate. … Convincing the overall public that he deserves a second term could prove a challenge. Two-thirds (66%) of all Americans say a Biden victory would either be a setback or a disaster for the country. The leading contender for the Republican nomination, former president Donald Trump, fares slightly better (43% say a Trump win would be a triumph or a step forward, 56% a disaster or a setback), though the two are about even in the share who say each of them winning would be a disaster (44% say so about Trump, while 41% say the same about Biden). And among independents, 45% say a Trump win would be a disaster while 35% say a Biden win would be. https://www.cnn.com/2023/05/25/politics/cnn-poll-democrats-2024/index.html
Do not think that the USA will continue as it has.
3 knowing this first: that scoffers will come in the last days, walking according to their own lusts, 4 and saying, “Where is the promise of His coming? For since the fathers fell asleep, all things continue as they were from the beginning of creation.” 5 For this they willfully forget: that by the word of God the heavens were of old, and the earth standing out of water and in the water, 6 by which the world that then existed perished, being flooded with water. 7 But the heavens and the earth which are now preserved by the same word, are reserved for fire until the day of judgment and perdition of ungodly men.
8 But, beloved, do not forget this one thing, that with the Lord one day is as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day. 9 The Lord is not slack concerning His promise, as some count slackness, but is longsuffering toward us, not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance. (2 Peter 3:3-9)
Yes, the end is coming (cf. Matthew 24:46-51).
As far as when, consider that IF certain step happen by 2025 (like the confirmation of the deal of Daniel 9:27), and:
- If as the School of Elijah taught, that God inspired Elijah to state that the world as we have known it would last 6,000 years, to be followed by a thousand year sabbatical time, which Jewish tradition (Talmud, Tractate Sanhedrin [97a]) and early Christian traditions records (e.g. Irenaeus, a hearer of Polycarp. Adversus haereses, Book V, Chapter 30:4), then we are getting close to the end of that time.
- And if, consistent with scriptures in both the Old and New Testaments, we can apply the concept that a thousand years is as a day to God (Psalm 90:4; 2 Peter 3:8).
- And if, as generally understood in the Church of God that Jesus was killed and resurrected no later than the Spring of 31 A.D. on Passover (though some suspect 33 A.D. may be possible).
- And if we can presume that the “last days” of a 7,000 year prophetic week began AFTER the middle day (day 4), then the last days prior to the “sabbatical” time, which some would refer to as the millennial Kingdom of God would last two thousand years.
- And if when Peter referred to being in the last days (Acts 2:17-18) and since Hebrews 1:1-12 teaches that “God … has in these last days spoken to us by His Son.”
- Then adding 2,000 years to a period of time leads to the end of the 6,000 years no later than 2031 – 2033.
- Since the Great Tribulation is expected to start 3 1/2 years prior to that (cf. Revelation 12:14; 13:5) subtracting 3 1/2 years from the Spring of 2031 would be late in 2027.
- Understand that the U.S.A. is prophesied to be taken over near the rise of the Beast and start of the Great Tribulation (cf. Daniel 11:39; Jeremiah 30:7; Matthew 24:21-22).
- Therefore, since the end of the next full U.S.A. presidential term would end in January of 2029, the prophetic understandings, if 31 A.D. was the year of the resurrection, point to the end of the U.S.A. by 2028.
- This is also consistent with certain Roman Catholic prophetic writings as well.
- By virtue of timing, whoever is in office in the 2025-2029 presidential term (and it could be more than one person) will take steps which will result in the end of the USA. The USA is prophesied in the Bible to be conquered and defeated (e.g. Daniel 11:39).
It looks like from certain Jewish, biblical, Christian, and Roman Catholic perspectives (and yes others associated with those faiths have other opinions), that the end of the U.S.A. may well happen by 2028.
Repentance could delay the disaster coming to the USA (cf. Daniel 4:27)–but that is not expected.
Though many in the USA pay lip service to the Bible, more and more despise the word of God.
12 Therefore thus says the Holy One of Israel:
“Because you despise this word,
And trust in oppression and perversity,
And rely on them,
13 Therefore this iniquity shall be to you
Like a breach ready to fall,
A bulge in a high wall,
Whose breaking comes suddenly, in an instant.
14 And He shall break it like the breaking of the potter’s vessel,
Which is broken in pieces;
He shall not spare.
So there shall not be found among its fragments
A shard to take fire from the hearth,
Or to take water from the cistern.” (Isaiah 30:12-14)
Destruction is coming to the USA–as well as its British-descended allies (UK, Australia, Canada, New Zealand)–and it will be worse than most people will believe. The ‘great tribulation’ will begin with an attack against the USA and/or its British-descended allies (e also When Will the Great Tribulation Begin?)
Jesus said to look for various signs (Matthew 24, Mark 13, Luke 21; see also When Will the Great Tribulation Begin?). Until we see certain of those signs, we will not know when the end of this age will be.
It could be a few years past 2027 or 2028, but with what we have been seeing, do not count on the USA to be here in a decade–nor the UK, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.
If certain events happen, there are prophecies that point to the USA being gone by 2028. Related to that, we put out the following video:

Consider also something that Michael Snyder posted earlier this year:
Many Americans won’t realize that World War III has begun until missiles start raining down on our homeland. 03/09/23 http://endoftheamericandream.com/we-are-all-going-to-need-anti-radiation-pills-if-our-leaders-in-washington-continue-going-down-this-path/
That is true, but he has the wrong understanding of what part of the world will lead the attack (see AP: Chinese minister warns China, US on course for conflict; MS: The 3 Wars Of The Apocalypse).
Anyway, yes, the days of the USA are numbered–the USA may well no longer exist as a nation before the end of 2027. For prophesies related to that, check out the video: Is the USA prophesied to be destroyed by 2028?

Might the U.S.A. Be Gone by 2028? Are there prophetic reasons to believe that the USA will not last two complete presidential terms? Yes. There is a tradition attributed to the Hebrew prophet Elijah that humanity had 6,000 years to live before being replaced by God’s Kingdom. There are scriptures, writings in the Talmud, early Christian teachings that support this. Also, even certain Hindu writings support it.
