Is Vienna, Europe’s unofficial green capital, going red?

We are seeing another 666 type development in Europe:

Vienna, Europe’s unofficial green capital, launches international competition for green ideas

Companies of all sizes and research institutions can apply by July 22 for up to EUR 500,000 for research and development projects in Vienna for climate protection.

The Vienna Business Agency called on firms and research institutions to shape the future of cities worldwide and start their business in Austria’s capital city. It launched the Zero Emission Cities 2022 call for research and development projects that address climate protection and particularly the reduction of carbon dioxide or other greenhouse gas emissions and climate change adaptation and promise a positive, traceable climate and social impact.

The budget is EUR 3 million and the deadline for applications is July 22. New solutions should preferably be developed for urban areas and, if possible, demonstrated in pilot applications in Vienna with the inclusion of relevant partners. The Vienna Business Agency offers the possibility of exchange and cooperation with the City of Vienna or downstream institutions, according to the call.

It is great to encourage people and businesses to try to figure out how to reduce or eliminate unnecessary pollution.

Now, prior to the results of this competition, we see another development coming. One that makes one wonder about Vienna going a bit more like red China:

Vienna Is Also Becoming a Testing Ground for A Chinese-Style Social Credit System

The Chinafication of Europe is spreading like a virus as European cities, one after the other, seem to be pushing the Chinese social credit system idea forward. It’s not only in Bologna, Italy, that a digitally monitored social credit system is in the pipeline. Similar projects are planned in Bavaria, Germany, and Belgium but they have not progressed as far as in Bologna. And now, the so-called “Vienna Token” will be tested in Austria’s federal capital, Vienna, in the autumn.

Every citizen of Vienna will be offered an app that will reward their behaviour with “Vienna Tokens”. Those who save CO2, get points. The pilot project should have started in 2020, but will now start in autumn 2022.

It’s not the first, but it’s certainly the biggest intervention to date by the globalists in citizens’ way of life, Wochenblick wrote, “good behaviour” will be rewarded but how long will it be before “dissenters” are punished?

As in Bavaria, the environmental footprint will be the cover for the environmentally conscious capitalists. TKP blog reported that the City of Vienna is planning a “digital bonus system which rewards environmentally conscious behaviour with free access to cultural events using an app.”

The app recognises when you travel on foot, by bike or by public transport. The CO2 savings compared to the car journey are then converted into tokens, which can be exchanged for a QR code that grants cheap admission to public events.

During the pilot phase, the tokens will be called “Culture Tokens.” After the app has been tested and is made “available online” to the entire Viennese population it will be known as “Vienna Tokens.”

According to TKP, the University of Vienna is conducting research on the social credit system in China. The project, ominously titled ‘Engineering a trustworthy society’, is being funded by the European Research Council (“ERC”), over 5 years, with more than 1.8 million euros.

The head of the research project Heinz Christoph Steinhardt said that of course, it is a reward system, but “here you choose whether to participate, in China you cannot decide whether to participate.” That it is on a voluntary basis is a crucial difference between China and European initiatives. https://dailyexpose.uk/2022/04/29/vienna-testing-ground-for-social-credit-system/

Let me add that China rewards those who comply better with its social credit system.

Since the advent of cellular telephones, governments have have the ability to better track where people are. As they became more popular and began to be able to do more things (like connect to the internet as well as to be used to make purchases), this has given governments who want to know, more data about their citizens and what they do.

As most people realize, the Bible warns of a time when a tyrannical government power in Europe, led by one called the Beast, will control buying and selling:

1 And I saw a beast rising out of the sea, with ten horns and seven heads, with ten diadems on its horns and blasphemous names on its heads. 2 And the beast that I saw was like a leopard; its feet were like a bear’s, and its mouth was like a lion’s mouth. The type of controls prophesied in Revelation 13:16-18 was something that was not possible when Jesus had the Apostle John pen the above over 1900 years ago. But it is possible now with technology.

The time of 666 control of nearly all aspects of buying and selling is coming.

While Vienna’s proposed system is currently voluntary, what is coming later will not be.

We are getting much closer to that time.
