QE3 and Gold Prices

The latest round of “quantitative easing,” known as QE3, is affecting some gold traders:

Gold could hit an all-time high of $2,400 by next summer, driven up by a third round of quantitative easing in the US. Why would QE3 raise the price of gold? Basically, because the USA simply electronically prints up multiple billions of dollars without producing any goods or services. Hence there is simply more money for the same amount of goods. Since there is not more gold because of QE3, this makes US dollars less valuable and gold, therefore, more valuable.

Those of you who have my 2009 book 2012 and the Rise of the Secret Sect or more recent book Barack Obama, Prophecy, and the Destruction of the United States will realize that I have written that because of devaluation of the US dollar that gold will be considered more important.

Biblical (Daniel 11:40-44) and non-biblical prophecies point out that the final leader that the Bible calls the King of the North will value gold.

It seems since many are now questioning the role of the U.S. dollar as the world’s reserve currency, more are looking into other currencies as well as gold. Gold will set records in U.S. dollar terms. Having the European power acquiring a lot more gold to back the Euro (even if the backing is only implied) or possibly other future European currency (that might potentially replace the Euro or even a basket of currencies) may greatly increase European credibility, prosperity, and influence around the globe.

The financial policies of the Obama Administration (which are a massive acceleration of the previous policies of the Bush Administration) are heading the world into the direction that something other than the U.S. dollar will be valued as its reserve currency. QE3 may lead to the first confirmation of the bolded statement above.

The world is changing and those that believe that the USA and its currency will remain on top are in error.
