The FBI search of former President Donald Trump’s home has sparked intense reactions.

Some Democrats are ecstatic. Many Americans are simply waiting to see what evidence the FBI took and find more about the investigation. Some Republicans, loyal to President Trump, are outraged and calling for a ‘civil war.’

There is growing concern from extremism experts about the increasingly violent rhetoric.

One member of the ‘Patriots of Arizona’ Telegram group wrote, “when are we going to do something about this?”

Another called for the group to protest outside the current Arizona Attorney general’s home and office.

Another far-right Arizona Telegram group shared a poll asking members to vote ‘yes’ or ‘no’ to the question, “Will there be a 2nd civil war in America?”

Arizona State Senator Wendy Rogers, who has been censured and investigated by her colleagues for violent rhetoric, wrote: “We need many arrests, tribunals and tough constitutional punishment for the treason that has continued to take place.”

On the far-right social media site, Gab, users commented on Republican Secretary of State nominee Mark Finchem’s post.

One person wrote, “Merrick Garland needs to hang.”

Another commenter added, “As some who has seen war up close and personal, I say bring it.”

“The trigger words are then going to incite some type of violence or some type of activity,” said Matt Browning, a retired Mesa police detective and expert on extremism.

Browning says the talk about ‘civil war’ is not completely new but “the base is so much bigger than it was.“

The judge who likely signed the warrant authorizing the raid on former President Donald Trump’s Mar A Lago estate previously made anti-Trump social media posts …

Yesterday, it was revealed that Judge Bruce Reinhart had previously represented employees of convicted pedophile and sex trafficker for the elite Jeffrey Epstein.

Reinhart also donated to Barack Obama’s presidential campaign and gave money to political opponents of Donald Trump during the 2016 election, including Jeb Bush.

Perhaps unsurprisingly, Facebook posts have now emerged illustrating how Reinhart has been anti-Trump from the beginning.

In one post, Reinhart praised former Congressman and civil rights activist John Lewis by quoting Robert Reich who said, “Donald Trump doesn’t have the moral stature to kiss John Lewis’s feet.” https://www.newswars.com/judge-who-signed-off-on-fbi-raid-made-anti-trump-posts/

Reinhart also betrayed his disdain for Trump by revealing that he tried to ‘ignore’ the then President-elect’s tweets.

So, this search does not seemed to have been approved by an impartial judge.

I was not intending to cover the FBI search of Donald Trump’s residence, but when I ran into comments about another civil war, decided to post about it.

I am not saying that Donald Trump is guilty or innocent here–but the mainstream narrative that this was about law and not politics is simply not believed by many. And that could lead to violence.

Furthermore, this ‘raid’ has the appearance of the FBI and the US Department of Justice once again being highly influenced by political considerations.

Now, the USA has been facing the prospect of civil unrest. The journal Science reported last month that almost half of Americans expect a civil war:

Violence can seem to be everywhere in the United States, and political violence is in the spotlight … a large study confirms one in five Americans believes violence motivated by political reasons is—at least sometimes—justified. Nearly half expect a civil war, and many say they would trade democracy for a strong leader, a preprint posted today on medRxiv found.

“This is not a study that’s meant to shock,” says Rachel Kleinfeld, a political violence expert at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace who was not involved in the research. “But it should be shocking.” …

He and his colleagues surveyed more than 8600 adults in English and Spanish about their views on democracy in the United States, racial attitudes in U.S. society, and their own attitudes toward political violence. …

Although almost all respondents thought it’s important for the United States to remain a democracy, about 40% said having a strong leader is more important. Half expect a civil war in the United States in the next few years. (The survey didn’t specify when.) “The fact that basically half the country is expecting a civil war is just chilling,” Wintemute says. And many expect to take part. If found in a situation where they think violence is justified to advance an important political objective, about one in five respondents thinks they will likely be armed with a gun. The USA is deeply divided. It has politicized more and more.

The search (or raid as Donald Trump put it) is pushing more divide in the USA.

Jesus warned:

25 … Every kingdom divided against itself is brought to desolation, and every city or house divided against itself will not stand. (Matthew 12:25)

24 If a kingdom is divided against itself, that kingdom cannot stand. 25 And if a house is divided against itself, that house cannot stand.  (Mark 3:24-25)

17 … Every kingdom divided against itself is brought to desolation, and a house divided against a house falls. (Luke 11:17)

Notice that God had this inspired to be written three times in the Gospels.

God normally seems to repeat something in scripture for emphasis.

The division is a BIG DEAL.

The end of the USA is coming (cf. Daniel 11:39).

Instead of fighting each other, love is what is needed.

As Jesus taught:

37 … “‘You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind.’ 38 This is the first and great commandment. 39 And the second is like it: ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself.’ 40 On these two commandments hang all the Law and the Prophets.” (Matthew 22:37-40)

27 “But I say to you who hear: Love your enemies, do good to those who hate you, 28 bless those who curse you, and pray for those who spitefully use you. 29 To him who strikes you on the one cheek, offer the other also. And from him who takes away your cloak, do not withhold your tunic either. 30 Give to everyone who asks of you. And from him who takes away your goods do not ask them back. 31 And just as you want men to do to you, you also do to them likewise.

32 “But if you love those who love you, what credit is that to you? For even sinners love those who love them. 33 And if you do good to those who do good to you, what credit is that to you? For even sinners do the same. 34 And if you lend to those from whom you hope to receive back, what credit is that to you? For even sinners lend to sinners to receive as much back. 35 But love your enemies, do good, and lend, hoping for nothing in return; and your reward will be great, and you will be sons of the Most High. For He is kind to the unthankful and evil. 36 Therefore be merciful, just as your Father also is merciful. (Luke 6:27-36)

Instead of true love, a lot of hate and anger has been displayed and whipped up.

Troubles are prophesied (Mark 13:8).

As far as cities and nations go, notice the following from the prophet Ezekiel:

23 ‘Make a chain,
For the land is filled with crimes of blood,
And the city is full of violence.
24 Therefore I will bring the worst of the Gentiles,
And they will possess their houses;
I will cause the pomp of the strong to cease,
And their holy places shall be defiled.
25 Destruction comes;
They will seek peace, but there shall be none.
26 Disaster will come upon disaster,
And rumor will be upon rumor.
Then they will seek a vision from a prophet;
But the law will perish from the priest,
And counsel from the elders. (Ezekiel 7:23-26)

Yes, more disaster is coming.

But most, including most Christians, will not heed until after it is a bit too late (see Church of God Leaders on Prophets and Does the CCOG have the confirmed signs of Acts 2:17-18?).

Notice the violence is prophesied to get worse.

Now notice also something that Isaiah was inspired to record:

4 Alas, sinful nation,
A people laden with iniquity,
A brood of evildoers,
Children who are corrupters!
They have forsaken the Lord,
They have provoked to anger
The Holy One of Israel,
They have turned away backward.

5 Why should you be stricken again?
You will revolt more and more.
The whole head is sick,
And the whole heart faints.
6 From the sole of the foot even to the head,
There is no soundness in it,
But wounds and bruises and putrefying sores;
They have not been closed or bound up,
Or soothed with ointment.

7 Your country is desolate,
Your cities are burned with fire;
Strangers devour your land in your presence;
And it is desolate, as overthrown by strangers. (Isaiah 1:4-7)

The time of Jacob’s trouble (Jeremiah 30:7), also known as the Great Tribulation (Matthew 24:21), is coming and the USA and its Anglo-Saxon allies (including Canada) will be affected.

National repentance is the only way to prevent it, and that does not look likely. Personal repentance, however, is still possible. Your personal future can still be much brighter than that of your country.

Though for the nation, the Kingdom of God is the solution, but first there will be a horrific 3 1/2 years.
