Terrorism or Default of Social Security or Worse?

Several hours ago, I saw the following:

“Terrorism, Terrorism, Terrorism”

The Cato Institute published some data recently showing that the chances of dying in a terror attack are around 1 in 3 million.

Statistically speaking, you have a better chance of being crushed to death by a vending machine.

But we don’t demand that our governments spend hundreds of billions of dollars that taxpayers cannot possibly afford in order to protect us from vending machines.

That’s because deep down we sense that vending machines don’t truly pose a threat. …

Just as we are manipulated into being terrified of certain risks that pose no real statistical threat, we are manipulated into ignoring other risks that are far more likely. …

The Social Security Trustees, including the Treasury Secretary of the United States, state very clearly in their annual report that Social Security’s major trust funds “will be depleted in 2034.”

Yet despite the totally predictable, unavoidable, widespread consequences to Americans’ primary source of retirement income, the public is manipulated into ignoring this threat as well.

Instead of the truth, we continue to hear the same tired mantra– “Social Security is just fine,” despite every shred of objective evidence to the contrary.

We’re also told to believe ridiculous axioms like “the US government’s debt doesn’t matter,” even though they have $20+ trillion of it and spend like drunken sailors.

But no. The experts tell us that this is not a risk worth concerning ourselves with. Angry brown people want to kill us. Focus on that instead. http://www.zerohedge.com/news/2017-08-21/terrorism-terrorism-terrorism

The USA has massive debt and that will increase if its government feels that this is the way to relieve social tension.

But let’s first consider terrorism, statistically, those in countries like the USA do have a greater chance than 1 in 3,000,000 of dying from terrorism if you look at data over the last 20 years. That being said, statistically it does not SEEM likely. However, statistics look at the past, and do not normally take into account biblical prophecies.

Bible prophecies do predict terror:

5 They have corrupted themselves; They are not His children, Because of their blemish: A perverse and crooked generation. … 25 The sword shall destroy outside; There shall be terror within (Deuteronomy 32:5,25)

12 “Cry and wail, son of man; For it will be against My people, Against all the princes of Israel. Terrors including the sword will be against My people; Therefore strike your thigh. (Ezekiel 21:12)

25 Because you disdained all my counsel, And would have none of my rebuke, 26 I also will laugh at your calamity; I will mock when your terror comes, 27 When your terror comes like a storm, And your destruction comes like a whirlwind, When distress and anguish come upon you. (Proverbs 1:25-27)

5 Also they are afraid of height, And of terrors in the way (Ecclesiastes 12:5).

6 You have forsaken Me,” says the Lord,
“You have gone backward.
Therefore I will stretch out My hand against you and destroy you;
I am weary of relenting!
7 And I will winnow them with a winnowing fan in the gates of the land;
I will bereave them of children;
I will destroy My people,
Since they do not return from their ways.
8 Their widows will be increased to Me more than the sand of the seas;
I will bring against them,
Against the mother of the young men,
A plunderer at noonday;
I will cause anguish and terror to fall on them suddenly. (Jeremiah 15:6-8)

Jesus predicted a time of “troubles” (Mark 13:8) and that, too, is consistent with terrorism.

Furthermore, there are prophecies in Isaiah that are related to the USA and its Anglo-Saxon descended allies such as the UK, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand:

8 The Lord sent a word against Jacob, And it has fallen on Israel. 9 All the people will know — Ephraim and the inhabitant of Samaria — … 11 Therefore the Lord shall set up The adversaries of Rezin against him, And spur his enemies on, 12 The Syrians before and the Philistines behind; And they shall devour Israel with an open mouth. (Isaiah 9:8-9, 11-12)

The USA, UK, and Canada have all brought in Syrian refugees. The Bible clearly is prophesying problems from Syrians and Palestinians. And this would be expected to include terrorism.

This combined with prophecies like Psalm 83:3-8 demonstrate (for more details, see Why Terrorism? Is Terrorism Prophesied?) that the risk of death via “terrorism” of various types will be higher for the Anglo-Americans than 1 in 3 million.

That being said, the point of the article at the beginning of this post is that US citizens do not realize the real dangers associated with Social Security. For non-USA readers, Social Security is a government mandated retirement program that has made many promises to so many, that unless the USA economy really revs up, it will not be in a position to fulfill its promised obligations.

Last year I received an email with a link that stated 2016 . . . The Death of Social Security. The link brought me to a video by James Davidson. It was very similar to one that I watched from him in the past, so I stopped watching after a while and decided to look for a written version of it. Instead, I basically found a summary related to it.

Here is some of what it had to say:

As you know, Social Security operates as a classic Ponzi scheme — new contributions are used to pay off earlier contributors.

The problem is twofold: Our government tapped into Social Security savings, and there are not enough new contributors to pay those who already funded the system.

And the problem is worse than any government agency wants to admit.

However, one famous economist, James Dale Davidson, boldly states…

“We could see the end of Social Security as soon as 2016,

and there is nothing President Obama, Congress or

any other government agency can do to stop it.”

Yes, Social Security as we know it could end in 2016.

Before you dismiss Davidson’s warning, know that he has a remarkable track record of calling nearly every major economic shift over the last three decades.

For example, Davidson predicted the stock market collapse of 1999 and 2007, along with the fall of the Soviet Union and Japan’s economic downfall, to name just a few.

And his predictions have been so accurate, he’s been invited to shake hands and counsel the likes of former presidents Ronald Reagan and Bill Clinton — and he’s had the good fortune to befriend and convene with George Bush Sr., Steve Forbes, Donald Trump, Margaret Thatcher, Sir Roger Douglas and even Boris Yeltsin.

So, how can Davidson be so sure that Social Security will end in 2016?

As Davidson explains in a newly released video, “Right now, there are five massive cracks in the American economy’s foundation that are converging for the first time in history. This is a landmark development that I am convinced will trigger the greatest depression we’ve ever seen. Yes, worse than the 1929 Great Depression.”

Davidson’s new video is causing a controversy, not just because of what he says, but because the evidence he provides is irrefutable (he uses over 20 unquestionable charts to prove his point).

“I know that everywhere you turn things look pretty good,” Davidson goes on to say, “The market is near all-time highs, the dollar is strong and real estate is booming again. But remember, the exact same scenario played out in 1999 and 2007. The economy is unraveling right now, and fast. Very fast.”

Davidson warns that a 50% stock market collapse is looming, that “real estate will plummet by 40%, savings accounts will lose 30% and unemployment will triple.” http://thesovereigninvestor.com/exclusives/2016-the-end-of-social-security/

I have done some research into James Davidson’s more recent predictions. What the above fails to mention is that he claimed certain things about a collapse in 2015 that did not happen. And last year, I correctly posted:

James Davidson’s dates have been wrong, but a lot of the data he has referred to is correct. There are real risks.

That being said, I also do not expect Social Security to die this year.

But that does not mean that the USA will be able to continue as it has been.

Financial prophecies show that the massive debts that the USA has will cause problems:

6 “Will not all these take up a proverb against him,
And a taunting riddle against him, and say,
‘Woe to him who increases
What is not his — how long?
And to him who loads himself with many pledges’?
7 Will not your creditors rise up suddenly?
Will they not awaken who oppress you?
And you will become their booty. (Habakkuk 2:6-7)

Now, let’s look at a couple of verses that are ahead of the above prophecy:

2 Then the Lord answered me and said:

“Write the vision
And make it plain on tablets,
That he may run who reads it.
3 For the vision is yet for an appointed time;
But at the end it will speak, and it will not lie.
Though it tarries, wait for it;
Because it will surely come,
It will not tarry. (Habakkuk 2:2-3)

So, we see that this is a prophecy for the appointed time of the end, that it will be so bad that those that read it should run.

Yet, most in the highly indebted nation of the USA do not believe that there is any serious financial catastrophe that will hit it.

That is wrong.

Although some feel that Donald Trump will be able to fix this, since he has referred to himself as “the king of debt,” I do not believe that he understands the debt risk that the USA faces.

Absolute financial destruction will come and we will one day see the end of the USA. Terrorism will be a factor, but the Bible is quite clear that debt accumulation will be a factor that will trigger the destruction of the USA. Its underfunded “Social Security” may well be a factor in its debt getting increased (and actually, it has been already.
