True U.S. collapse to be ushered in July 1, 2014?

Newsletter writer Porter Stansberry reported the following as part of a long message:

Write Down This Date: July 1st, 2014
On this date, U.S. House of Representatives Bill “H.R. 2847” goes into effect. It will usher in the true collapse of the U.S. dollar, and will make millions of Americans poorer, overnight.

Life as we have known it for more than 40 years will essentially cease to exist. Our governments on both the Federal and State level will shut down. Banks will not open. Businesses will at least temporarily shutter their doors. I expect we’ll see martial law, enforced by the U.S. military…

I believe that we as Americans are about to see a major, major collapse in our national monetary system, and our normal way of life.

Basically, for many years now, our government has been borrowing so much money (very often using short-term loans), that very soon, we will no longer be able to afford even the interest on these loans….Every single hour, of every single day, the U.S. government spends about $200 million that it doesn’t have…

We are trapped. There is no way out.…According to even my most conservative calculations (again, using numbers provided by the Congressional Budget Office) a debt default by the U.S. government would be inevitable – were it not for one simple anomaly…the one thing that has saved the United States so far.

I’m talking about our country’s unique ability to simply print more money.

You see, the U.S. government has one very important weapon to use in this crisis so far: We are the only debtor in the world who can legally print U.S. dollars. And the U.S. dollar is what’s known as “the world’s reserve currency.”

Britain was a global superpower for 150 years…

Many countries around the world are questioning the role of the US dollar as the world’s reserve currency…

It’s no mystery why gold and silver soared since 2000…Yes they dropped in 2013…but they have soared in 2014…

As a result of what our government is doing today, I’m confident we will soon see an end of the U.S. dollar standard.

In fact, I’m 100% sure of it. It’s not a matter of “if,” but “when.” And I think it’s going to happen much, much sooner than most people think. In fact, I believe that a series of new laws, set to go into effect on July 1st, 2014, are going to accelerate this trend… in very dramatic fashion.

Even more importantly, these new regulations set to take place on July 1st will make it nearly impossible for most Americans to legally protect their savings…Anyone with any sense or basic understanding of economics can tell the U.S. dollar is doomed. And as it continues to collapse, it’s going to have major repercussions. Yet most Americans are completely clueless about what this all means…this entire process is going to accelerate dramatically in the next few months, because of a dramatic law change that takes effect July 1st, 2014.

Here’s what’s happening…

In 2010, the U.S. Congress passed House of Representatives bill H.R. 2847.

Hidden within this bill is a provision known as “FATCA,” which stands for the Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act.

This bill does several important things, as of July 1st, 2014:

1. It forces all worldwide banks to comply with the IRS if they have any transactions in U.S. dollars.

2. Because the U.S. dollar is still the world’s reserve currency, it essentially means ALL WORLDWIDE BANKS, except for the smallest community institutions, must comply.

3. To comply, banks can either spend a fortune segmenting, tracking, and potentially “taxing” their U.S. dollar transactions by as much as 30%… or they can simply get rid of all of their U.S. customers.

In other words, the U.S. government is saying to all banks around the world: If you deal in U.S. dollars in any way, you have to give us full, unfettered access to all of these transactions… or you have to get rid of all of your U.S. customers.

The repercussions here are enormous:

For one, it means more and more institutions will move AWAY from the U.S. dollar, accelerating the already rapid worldwide move away from the dollar as reserve currency.

For another, it essentially makes it extremely difficult, if not impossible, for the average American to get some of his money out of U.S. dollars, and into more stable currencies via foreign banks. http://endofamerica.com/intro-index.html?gclid=CNrt-bLl270CFUqUfgodVlYACQ

I listened to over an hour of the message (if you click out of the above link you can get to the written article) and put some highlights above, but will mention some other parts of it in this post. At the end, he basically recommends investing in commodities and farmland.

As far as investing in USA farmland, the following scripture suggests that it would not remain a particularly good investment once the King of the North (referred to as ‘he’ below) moves against the land of the strongest fortresses:

39 Thus he shall act against the strongest fortresses with a foreign god, which he shall acknowledge, and advance its glory; and he shall cause them to rule over many, and divide the land for gain. (Daniel 11:39)

The land with the strongest military fortresses is the USA, and notice that the land will be divided for gain–this suggests that the King of the North will not care about who owned it prior to his invasion.

Back to Porter Stansberry’s FATCA concerns, while FATCA is not good for the economy of the USA, it of itself, is not enough to usher in the collapse of the USA dollar. FATCA (along with fallout from the Edward Snowden leaks) may be helping set up a system that will allow the coming European Beast power to fulfill the following:

16 He causes all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and slave, to receive a mark on their right hand or on their foreheads, 17 and that no one may buy or sell except one who has the mark or the name of the beast, or the number of his name. (Revelation 13:16-17)

FATCA is a major step towards being able to control buying and selling. Porter Stansberry did not touch on that. Yet, he sees real problems in the fiscal situation in the USA.

In his presentation he was basically correct that FATCA along with the US Federal Reserve programs called quantitative easing (they have been numbered as QE1, QE2, and QE3) and the increasing total amount of USA federal debt are creating insurmountable problems for the USA.

The rest of the world is starting to realize that the USA dollar CANNOT POSSIBLY REMAIN THE WORLD’S RESERVE CURRENCY UNLESS THE USA CHANGES DRAMATICALLY FOR THE BETTER. Do not bank on the positive change, for even if it were to happen, it would not last long.

Porter Stansberry also mentioned that the British had the world’s reserve currency for 1-2 centuries and lost its lead. He correctly said that the USA would lose its lead as well. To protect oneself, he advocated farmland, gold, and silver. He did not advise repentance.

He mentioned that hyperinflation had hit others in the past. He also correctly noted that, despite what some may wish to think, the USA itself is not immune from it. The admitted US federal debt (not counting the money created through the quantitative easing programs) is so large that if interest rates rise to the place that they were in the USA in the early 1980s, the USA will have difficulty even paying the interest on the debt it has been accumulating. This will tend to cause interest rates to further rise and contribute to hyperinflation.

The Bible teaches the following:

13 “Behold, therefore, I beat My fists at the dishonest profit which you have made, and at the bloodshed which has been in your midst. 14 Can your heart endure, or can your hands remain strong, in the days when I shall deal with you? I, the Lord, have spoken, and will do it. 15 I will scatter you among the nations, disperse you throughout the countries, and remove your filthiness completely from you. 16 You shall defile yourself in the sight of the nations; then you shall know that I am the Lord. (Ezekiel 22:13-16)

43 The alien who is among you shall rise higher and higher above you, and you shall come down lower and lower. 44 He shall lend to you, but you shall not lend to him; he shall be the head, and you shall be the tail. 45 Moreover all these curses shall come upon you and pursue and overtake you, until you are destroyed because you did not obey the voice of the LORD your God, to keep His commandments and His statutes which He commanded you…47 “Because you did not serve the LORD your God with joy and gladness of heart, for the abundance of everything, 48 therefore you shall serve your enemies, whom the LORD will send against you, in hunger, in thirst, in nakedness, and in need of everything; and He will put a yoke of iron on your neck until He has destroyed you. 49 The LORD will bring a nation against you from afar, from the end of the earth, as swift as the eagle flies, a nation whose language you will not understand, 50 a nation of fierce countenance, which does not respect the elderly nor show favor to the young. 51 And they shall eat the increase of your livestock and the produce of your land, until you are destroyed; they shall not leave you grain or new wine or oil, or the increase of your cattle or the offspring of your flocks, until they have destroyed you. 52 They shall besiege you at all your gates until your high and fortified walls, in which you trust, come down throughout all your land; and they shall besiege you at all your gates throughout all your land which the LORD your God has given you (Deuteronomy 28:42-45,47-52)

3 For the vision is yet for an appointed time; But at the end it will speak, and it will not lie. Though it tarries, wait for it; Because it will surely come, It will not tarry…5 Indeed, because he transgresses by wine, He is a proud man… 6 “Will not all these take up a proverb against him, And a taunting riddle against him, and say, ‘Woe to him who increases What is not his–how long? And to him who loads himself with many pledges’? 7 Will not your creditors rise up suddenly? Will they not awaken who oppress you? And you will become their booty. 8 Because you have plundered many nations, All the remnant of the people shall plunder you (Habakkuk 2:3,5,6-8).

It is the the United States and its Anglo-allies that have loaded pledges of debt in these end times that they really do not expect to pay back. In that respect they have recently plundered many nations. And while much is owed to nations such as China, Japan, and the Arab World, the Europeans have trillions of dollars invested in the USA–money they may be disappointed to have devalued. Enough so that they may divide the land among themselves and other creditors (cf. Daniel 11:39; Habakkuk 2:6-8).

Many will dismiss this and conclude that since the USA has been able to increase its debts that this will be able to go on forever, despite what the Bible says. Those who doubt the Bible will be proven wrong. That being said, it is likely, because of the USA dollar’s position in the world, that it will take a combination of events for creditors to rise up. The Bible warns against the type of moral decline that is occurring in the U.S.A.:

12 Therefore thus says the Holy One of Israel: “Because you despise this word, And trust in oppression and perversity, And rely on them, 13 Therefore this iniquity shall be to you Like a breach ready to fall, A bulge in a high wall, Whose breaking comes suddenly, in an instant. (Isaiah 30:12-13)

But how can this happen to the USA? It will likely happen with a combination of events. Notice the following:

5 “Moreover the multitude of your foes Shall be like fine dust, And the multitude of the terrible ones Like chaff that passes away; Yes, it shall be in an instant, suddenly. 6 You will be punished by the Lord of hosts With thunder and earthquake and great noise, With storm and tempest And the flame of devouring fire. (Isaiah 29:5-6)

The debt situation of the USA is putting it at risk of being unable to recover should it be hit by weather problems, terrorist acts, war, riots, solar flares, severe earthquakes, civil unrest, devastation of their genetically-modified food supplies, food shortages, and/or various pestilences–an intensity of “sorrows” such as Jesus discussed in Matthew 24:4-8 leading up to the time of the Great Tribulation. Disasters, especially if there is an ElectroMagnetic Pulse (emp) attack or a severe solar flare storm, could be part of a so-called “perfect storm” of events that could set the USA for destruction.

Many sorrows that the U.S.A. will face, like severe weather problems, diseases and earthquakes, will happen irrespective of who is in the White House (Amos 4:7-10; Luke 21:11). Bible prophecy shows that no matter who is the next U.S.A. president (or his possible successors), the King of the North and King of the South will rise up and the U.S.A. will be ultimately destroyed unless national repentance happens. The end of the current world order with the USA and its Anglo-Saxon allies dominating it is going to eventually end. Hyperinflation is likely in the future for the USA dollar and certain other currencies. This will not end well for the USA or its Anglo-Saxon allies.

While your nation probably will not repent (Anglo or otherwise), you can. Do not wait until it is too late. The fact that the debt clock exceeds $17 trillion should serve as a wake-up call that the end of the USA will be coming (Habakkuk 2:3,5,6-8; Deuteronomy 28:42-45,47-52).

Porter Stansberry correctly suggested that once interest rates get up to historically normal and even abnormal levels, the USA will not be able to pay its interest, let alone pay down its debt.

Once interest rates get too high, the USA will have an economic crisis of unbelievable magnitude. The end of the USA is coming. Can you see the Handwriting on the Wall?
