A day before the U.S. Electoral College meets to formally pick Democrat Joe Biden as America’s next president, Donald Trump continues to deny the results of the November 3 election, buoyed by thousands of supporters who rallied in Washington to back the president’s failed efforts to overturn his defeat at the polls.
America’s presidential contests are not complete until constitutionally mandated electors from all 50 states, drawn proportionally to their population and mirroring their representation in Congress, meet to cast their votes. Except in two U.S. states, each state’s electors all vote for the presidential contender who won their state.
With all states having certified election results, Biden won 306 electoral votes — 36 more than he needs to become president — compared to Trump’s 232 votes. Absent a court-sanctioned delay, the presidential electors are expected to finalize Biden’s victory Monday.
Federal and state courts have rejected dozens of lawsuits by Trump and his allies seeking to overturn or nullify election results in battleground states Biden won by varying margins. Most recently, late Friday the U.S. Supreme Court refused to consider a Texas lawsuit seeking to invalidate results in four states, all but terminating any pathway for Trump to overturn the election outcome through the courts.
Trump nevertheless remains combative and has signaled he is not giving up.
“WE HAVE JUST BEGUN TO FIGHT,” the president tweeted Saturday. An hour earlier, he wrote, “I WON THE ELECTION IN A LANDSLIDE.”
Trump took to Twitter as thousands of his most ardent supporters gathered in Washington to march and chant for the president to remain in office. Trump tweeted …: “Wow! Thousands of people forming in Washington (D.C.) for Stop the Steal. Didn’t know about this, but I’ll be seeing them! #MAGA”
Trump left the White House around midday for the trip to the Army-Navy football game at the U.S. Military Academy in West Point, New York. As the Marine One helicopter passed over a rally on the National Mall, cheers went up. …
Antifa activists also were more organized this time, with their own bicycle corps to form bike walls to match those of the police.

MAGA world has gone into total meltdown after the U.S. Supreme Court dismissed a bizarre Trump-endorsed lawsuit on Friday seeking to overturn the results of the presidential election.
Many of the president’s staunchest supporters believed that the Supreme Court, with its Trump-appointed justices, would eventually come to the president’s rescue in his failing election fraud crusade.
But, with their hopes crushed, some of the wackiest sycophants took to Twitter and alt right-friendly app Parler to call for civil war or secession—all because their guy lost. …
In Washington, D.C., “Stop the Steal” protesters spilled into the streets shouting, “Destroy the GOP” and calling fellow conservatives like Ben Shapiro and Charlie Kirk “subversives.”
At another D.C. event called the Jericho Rally, Stuart Rhodes, founder of the anti-government militia group Oath Keepers, demanded that Trump invoke the Insurrection Act, which allows him to deploy the military to suppress civilians.
And if the president does not take this step? “We’re going to have to do it ourselves later in a much more desperate, much more bloody war,” Rhodes said. …
Conservative commentator Candace Owens argued on Twitter that, “You actually don’t need a bloody war to secede—just an agreement. If you Democrats are so convinced that 75 million people in this country are racist, sexist, xenophobic, fascist red necks, explain to me why the concept of their secession so infuriates you? I’m interested.”

It is not a fantasy that violent civil unrest may occur.
Now below is something posted here the day after November 3rd’s election:
Many expect that once the official counts are released the tide will favor Joe Biden and Donald Trump will declare election fraud. The major media will continue to say that voter fraud does not happen much, despite evidence to the contrary. This will set the stage for unrest–particularly from some groups on the right. And should Donald Trump be officially declared the winner, groups on the left have plans for riots and protests. The Bible prophesies, “There shall be terror within” (Deuteronomy 32:25). (Thiel B. We are seeing protests this weekend. Expect violent unrest in 2021.
Jesus warned:
25 Every kingdom divided against itself is brought to desolation, and every city or house divided against itself will not stand. (Matthew 12:25)
17 Every kingdom divided against itself is brought to desolation, and a house divided against a house falls. (Luke 11:17)
Talk of secession and civil war certainly sounds like a house divided.
The divide in the USA is growing as many of its sins (including hypocrisy) become more blatant.
Notice also something that Isaiah was inspired to record:
4 Alas, sinful nation,
A people laden with iniquity,
A brood of evildoers,
Children who are corrupters!
They have forsaken the Lord,
They have provoked to anger
The Holy One of Israel,
They have turned away backward.5 Why should you be stricken again?
You will revolt more and more.
The whole head is sick,
And the whole heart faints.
6 From the sole of the foot even to the head,
There is no soundness in it,
But wounds and bruises and putrefying sores;
They have not been closed or bound up,
Or soothed with ointment.7 Your country is desolate,
Your cities are burned with fire;
Strangers devour your land in your presence;
And it is desolate, as overthrown by strangers. (Isaiah 1:4-7)
Truly, the USA is a sinful nation with a people laden with iniquity. This will not end well for the USA (Daniel 11:39; see also in Prophecy: The Strongest Fortresses)
Consider also the following from the prophet Amos:
9 ‘Assemble on the mountains of Samaria; See great tumults in her midst, And the oppressed within her. 10 For they do not know to do right, ‘Says the Lord, ‘Who store up violence and robbery in their palaces.’” (Amos 3:9-10)
The reference to Samaria is pointing to the USA (see also Spiritual Samaritans: Old and New). The above is consistent with both civil unrest and terrorism. Expect more to hit the USA. Many of the right and left feel oppressed, they do not know how to do right, and they have stored up violence, and in ‘protests’ can display violence and robbery.
The time of Jacob’s trouble (Jeremiah 30:7), also known as the Great Tribulation (Matthew 24:21), is coming and the USA and its Anglo-Saxon allies (including Canada) will be affected.
The Bible further warns of being taken over by military conquest and the land its self divided (Daniel 11:39; see also Will the Anglo-Saxon-Celtic Nations be Divided and Have People Taken as Slaves?).
National repentance is the only way to prevent it, and that does not look likely. Personal repentance, however, is still possible. If you are an American, your personal future can still be much brighter than that of your country.
Though for the nation, the Kingdom of God is the solution, but the USA will first have to go through a horrific 3 1/2 years. The end of the USA/UK world order is coming and the final Time of the Gentiles is getting nearer.
