UK denied access to military features of Galileo

Consider the following:

The US-based GPS, a network of more than 30 satellites, is used by millions of phones, handsets and other devices in this country, for satellite mapping, navigation and communications technology.
Then there’s the European Union’s Galileo system, which the UK had – until Brexit – contributed to building. Galileo, of course – six-day outages notwithstanding – remains accessible to the UK after Brexit, although the country will cut itself off from access to its encrypted channel after the country’s departure from the union. https://www.theregister.co.uk/2019/12/03/register_lecture_times_up_for_gps_atomic_clocks_to_the_rescue/
Galileo is essentially Europe’s project to replace the USA’s GPS system. Europe’s Galileo satellite program continues to advance, despite various delays. Some erroneously thought that Brexit may have stopped it–but obviously that is not the case.

Galileo is Europe’s Global Navigation Satellite System, built to rival the US’s GPS system that will be used for military defence and critical national infrastructure purposes. Among the most crucial parts of the system is the Public Regulated Service (PRS), an encrypted navigation service used by government agencies, the armed forces and emergency services. The EU insists access to this will only be for the bloc’s members when it launches in 2020 and the Government have now confirmed the UK will not be allowed to use this feature.
However, Stephen Metcalfe, the Tory candidate for South Basildon and East Thurrock and the former chairman of the Science and Technology Select Committee at the House of Commons, says things are soon to change and revealed that preparation is under way to prevent any risk to the UK post-Brexit. …
Former Government Minister at the Ministry of Defence Tobias Ellwood touched on the programme during a video released during his campaign for the Bournemouth East seat.He said: “Without GPS we’d lose sight of the threat picture, control of our drones and missiles and early warning systems.

So, notice that it has been confirmed that the UK will not be able to access certain military aspects of the EU’s Galileo project. Notice also that there are colossal risks related to satellite issues.
The problem is, even IF the UK can get its own system up and operational (which could take up to a decade or so), that still does not give the UK access to Galileo information that the Europeans will have.
Regarding Galileo, here is some information from the Galileo GNSS website:

The Galileo programme, named after the Italian astronomer Galileo Galilei, is currently being developed by the European Union (EU) and ESA. Notice that this is a European project to give “Europe independence in satellite navigation.”
Independence from whom?
Well, the United States, and to a lessor, but real degree, from the UK as well.
Instead, Galileo makes the USA partially dependent upon Europe for some of its satellite communications needs.
Europe expects to have Galileo completely operational by 2020.
The military of the USA plans partial dependence upon Galileo. This will give the Europeans a unique type of military power. This is something all should be concerned about.

Europe Has Its Own GPS Satellites, and They’re More Secure than America’s
In December, the European Space Agency activated its Galileo satellite constellation, which is used for global satellite navigation. It made the European Union the third international actor with its own global navigation satellite system, joining the ranks of the United States’ GPS and Russia’s GLONASS satellite navigation systems.
But unlike the US and Russian satellite navigation systems, the EU’s Galileo system provides unprecedented positioning accuracy and, more importantly, information security … the European Union announced its Galileo Commercial Service Implementing Decision. This memo essentially outlined how the first generation of Galileo satellites will offer commercial users highly accurate positioning and robust signal encryption for a fee. The power in Europe is starting to rise up. Ultimately, I believe that Galileo (or similar technology) will be used as part of an attack on American (USA and possibly Canadian) forces (and probably also the UK), as well as to help prevent counter-strikes.
Galileo is intended by Europe to one-up the USA’s GPS system.
And while that will sound like a civilian project, Galileo is intended for military use and was originally funded for military use back in 2008 (see EU Approves Galileo For Military Use). Furthermore, and is intended to be able to have nuclear weapons applications (http://www.theregister.co.uk/2013/07/10/euro_gps_alternative_galileos_passes_spook_test/).
Europe’s Galileo satellite system plans initially had US critics as there were “early objections from the Americans who thought a rival system to GPS might be used to attack its armed forces” (Amos J. EU awards Galileo satellite-navigation contracts. BBC, Jan 7, 2010. http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/science/nature/8442090.stm). So when Galileo was first proposed, American leaders opposed it as they felt it could be used militarily against the USA.
And it is now also blocking the UK from access to certain military parts of it.
Consider also that the Bible teaches that the power with the “strongest fortresses,” which in the 21st century belong to the USA (see also USA in Prophecy: The Strongest Fortresses), will be conquered by the coming European King of the North. Consider also that the Bible prophesies that “The fortress also will cease from Ephraim” (Isaiah 17:3). Ephraim is a reference to the British-descended peoples (for details, check out Anglo – America in Prophecy & the Lost Tribes of Israel). Galileo, in my view, will be a factor in the defeat of the USA and UK.
Anyway, I have been warning about Galileo since 2009. And even had something in my 2017 book Donald Trump and America’s Apocalypse about it:
By the time all of Galileo is implemented it may be too late for the USA to get enough of its own satellites up to change this.
Because of the Snowden leaks, the Obama Administration pledged to share USA data collection espionage techniques with the Europeans (Stearns S. Kerry: US to Work Closely With Allies Over Surveillance Concerns. VOA, November 5, 2013), and it is not clear that Donald Trump will stop all of that.
Now, because Donald Trump has said that he wants the Europeans to pay for their share of defense, it is probably not likely that he will change this.
Having the USA dependent upon Europe’s Galileo system for part of its military defense communications is dangerous. Galileo appears to give the rising European power a unique offensive and defensive capability against the U.S.A. (cf. Daniel 11:39; Revelation 13:3-4).
It is dangerous to have a potential enemy control portions of one’s military communications systems. But the U.S.A. has done that. (Thiel B. Donald Trump and America’s Apocalypse. Nazarene Books, 2017, p. 58)
Whether or not US President Donald Trump will address the Galileo risk is an open question.
But if he does not fully do so, ultimately, I believe that Galileo (or similar technology) will be used as part of an attack on American (USA and possibly Canadian) forces (and probably also the UK), as well as to help prevent counter-strikes.
The Galileo project is absolute proof that Europe wants to function independently of the USA and the UK. Steps for this continue to take place.
