Yes, there is soon coming an end to PAX Americana. The British Empire ended and the end of the Anglo-American world order is getting closer.

Pax Americana (Latin for “American Peace”, modeled after Pax Romana, Pax Britannica, and Pax Mongolica) is a term applied to the concept of relative peace in the Western Hemisphere and later the world beginning around the middle of the 20th century, thought to be caused by the preponderance of power enjoyed by the United States. The end of US dominance is getting closer.

Yesterday, Breaking Israel News (BIN) reported that 200 Israeli rabbis signed a document thank US President Donald Trump for fulfilling prophecies in Jeremiah 31 because of his Administration’s change of position on Israeli settlements. But it did not (see BIN: Over 200 Israeli Rabbis Sign Letter Thanking Trump for “Fulfilling Prophecy of Jeremiah”; COGwriter: Donald Trump did NOT just fulfill Jeremiah 31:22-25).

Instead, we are seeing more and more international condemnation of the USA’s position as well as the USA’s role in the world.

This settlement decision, along with statements related to NATO, trade, sanctions, climate change, Jerusalem, and other Trump Administration policies is upsetting much of the world.

Many leaders in Europe see this and are working to replace USA hegemony with a world order Europe will control.

The Bible teaches that will happen (cf. Revelation 13).

The situation in the Middle East will be a factor.

A European leader will arise promising some version of Pax Europa.

He will be involved with a peace deal in the Middle East:

26 And the people of the prince who is to come
Shall destroy the city and the sanctuary.
The end of it shall be with a flood,
And till the end of the war desolations are determined.
27 Then he shall confirm a covenant with many for one week;
But in the middle of the week
He shall bring an end to sacrifice and offering.
And on the wing of abominations shall be one who makes desolate,
Even until the consummation, which is determined,
Is poured out on the desolate (Daniel 9:26-27).

The above is referring to a deal or covenant that has a time element attached to it confirmed by a “prince” who is European. We know this is a European because it was a European force that destroyed the city of Jerusalem and temple in 70 A.D. This prince will get some credit for a peace deal–even though the Bible later shows he will essentially betray the deal (Daniel 11:31).

But before he betrays it, the ‘Prince’ will rise up further while promising peace.

Notice what the Bible teaches:

25 And through his policy also he shall cause craft to prosper in his hand; and he shall magnify himself in his heart, and by peace shall destroy many: he shall also stand up against the Prince of princes; but he shall be broken without hand. (Daniel 8:25, KJV).

23 And after the league is made with him he shall act deceitfully, for he shall come up and become strong with a small number of people. 24 He shall enter peaceably, even into the richest places of the province; and he shall do what his fathers have not done, nor his forefathers: he shall disperse among them the plunder, spoil, and riches; and he shall devise his plans against the strongholds, but only for a time. (Daniel 11:23-24, NKJV)

So this leader gives people the impression that there will be “peace” and is involved in some type of deal. This is the same leader that confirms the covenant in Daniel 9:27. The term is translated as “peace” in Daniel 8:25 is from the Hebrew term shalvah and essentially means security. In other words, this leader will destroy “many” who are under the impression that they are secure because of some type of security and/or trade arrangement. Such arrangements are now commonly referred to as peace deals or treaties.

It will be the end of Pax Americana.

And this will not end well for the USA (Daniel 11:39) nor its British-descended allies (cf. Isaiah 17:3; Daniel 8:24-25). Nor many of the countries of the Middle East and North Africa (Daniel 11:40-43).

However, because less and less understand biblical prophecies, we will see the temporary rise of Pax Europa, which will ultimately also end in disaster for Europe (cf. Daniel 11:44-45; Jeremiah 50:41-43).
