Islamic State praises San Bernandino terrorists; Does the Qur’an promote terrorism?

The group calling itself the Islamic State has praised the terrorists who murdered in San Bernandino this week:

The Islamic State of Iraq and Syria’s official radio station has aired a statement saying the San Bernardino mass shooting was carried out by two “supporters” of the extremist group.
While praising the attack, the group stopped short of claiming responsibility for it. The Al-Bayan report Saturday echoed a claim carried Friday by the ISIS-affiliated Aamaq news agency.
The radio report did not refer to Syed Farook and Tashfeen Malik as actual members of ISIS. Militants affiliated with ISIS who carry out attacks are commonly referred to in the group’s propaganda as “lions,” ”fighters” or “mujahedeen.”
An organization that tracks jihadi websites said Saturday that a separate English version of the ISIS statement referred to the attackers as “soldiers of the caliphate.” …
The FBI announced Friday it is investigating the mass shooting as an act of terrorism. If proven to be terrorism, it would be the deadliest attack by Islamic extremists on American soil since Sept. 11, 2001. http://www.cbsnews.com/news/san-bernardino-shooting-isis-tashfeen-malik-pledge-allegiance/
While it took the FBI until sometime yesterday to say that this might be terrorism, I referred to is as Muslim terrorism the day it happened (see Muslim terrorists kill in California).
Why?
The name of the male shooter had been announced on a radio program I was listening to and at least one of the analysts said he was Muslim. Going into a building with massive weapons, killing 14, and wounding others was terrorism by a Muslim as far as I was concerned.
Muslims are actually encouraged to participate in terrorism according to their holy book, the Qur’an. Here are a few quotes from the Qur’an:

So, terror is something that the Qur’an advocates. Consider also the following from the Qur’an:

The above seems to suggest that you act like ordinary neighbors for a time and then react against them. That is what the San Bernadino Muslim terrorists basically did. Bringing in more Muslims to the USA, Europe, and elsewhere is a danger if they act on their teachings.
While most Muslims are not terrorists, studies have shown that multiple millions of them support terrorism and/or other forms of Jihad:

In other words, trusted collections of Islamic written traditions, as well as the Qur’an, basically teach that Muslims should lie, terrorize, and/or kill.
The Bible warns of more terrorism to come:
25 The sword shall destroy outside; There shall be terror within (Deuteronomy 32:25)
12 “Cry and wail, son of man; For it will be against My people, Against all the princes of Israel. Terrors including the sword will be against My people; Therefore strike your thigh. (Ezekiel 21:12)
14 In the evening, sudden terror! Before the morning, they are gone! This is the portion of those who loot us, the lot of those who plunder us. (Isaiah 17:10-14, NIV)
14 ‘But if you do not obey Me, and do not observe all these commandments, 15 and if you despise My statutes, or if your soul abhors My judgments, so that you do not perform all My commandments, but break My covenant, 16 I also will do this to you: I will even appoint terror over you, wasting disease and fever which shall consume the eyes and cause sorrow of heart. And you shall sow your seed in vain, for your enemies shall eat it. 17 I will set My face against you, and you shall be defeated by your enemies. National sins are bringing on terrorism, as well as leading to policies that will increase the likelihood of more terror from within. President Obama’s, Hillary Clinton’s, and the media’s promotion of the LGBT agenda, pornography, abortion, and debt have consequences (cf. Romans 1:18-32).
Other scriptures point to attacks coming from predominantly Islamic peoples in the Middle East and North Africa (Psalm 83:3-8; Isaiah 9:8-9, 11-12).
Yet though there is more terrorism coming, let me again state that the group known as the Islamic State or ISIS will eventually be disbanded as it is. The Bible teaches that a confederation of nations that are currently predominantly Islamic will form (Daniel 11:40-43; Ezekiel 30:2-8).
A temporal time of peace will come (Daniel 9:27; see also The ‘Peace Deal’ of Daniel 9:27), but sudden destruction will later come (1 Thessalonians 5:3) catch many by surprise (Matthew 24:37-42).
The terrorist events we have been seeing are associated with the beginning of sorrows and troubles warned of nearly two thousand years ago (Mark 13:8).
Decades ago, the old Worldwide Church of God realized that more terrorism was coming as it published the following:

Suicide bombers threaten mayhem in the Middle East. And experts now warn about “state-supported terrorism.” Where is it all headed? …
Terrorist groups survive despite governmental pressures in much the same way as a troubled business survives in spite of economic difficulties. To “stay in business,” terrorist groups have, in the past, robbed banks, kidnapped, extorted, even dealt in drugs or other contraband materials. But “local fund-raising” has proven unreliable for some groups. As a result, they have opted for another, more ominous way of augmenting their budgets: seeking out powerful sponsors to provide safe havens, training, weapons and money. In some cases these sponsors have proven to be national governments — leading to what is now called “state-supported terrorism.” Terrorists have become the means by which some powerful nations, desiring to avoid unwanted escalation or public outcry, can punish their enemies at a relatively small cost. …
State sponsorship has presented a dangerous new face of terrorism. For one thing, the level of weaponry employed has advanced greatly. Crude pipe bombs have been replaced by sophisticated remote-fired car bombs. Molotov cocktails are out; rocket-propelled grenades are in. But greater levels of finances and weaponry are not the only changes that have come on the scene. Targets have changed also. …
Terrorism Will Be Stopped
The immediate future does not look bright for those battling against terrorism. And as the world’s level of frustration rises, an America that has seemed nearly impervious to terrorism may begin to suffer along with the rest of the world. … This recent historic period was not unlike the situation in Beirut today — and not unlike a time described by the apostle Paul 1,900 years ago: “But mark this: There will be terrible times in the last days. People will be lovers of themselves… boastful, proud, abusive… unholy, without love, unforgiving, slanderous, without self-control, brutal, not lovers of the good, treacherous, rash…” (II Tim. 3:1-4, New International Version).
Jesus Christ himself prophesied (see the account in Matthew 24:7-8) that at the time of the end, “nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom…. All these are the beginning of sorrows.” This is what we have today. One nation sponsoring bloody terrorist attacks on another. The governments under assault today are often powerless to stop this deadly scourge. The world must, instead, look elsewhere for a way out of this madness. More killings, more bombings, more sorrows are on the horizon. But there is a government on its way that will deal with terrorism in a firm manner. The kingdom of God will save mankind from men willing to go to any length — whether by war or terrorism — to achieve their means.
The coming Messiah “will judge between the nations and will settle disputes for many peoples. They will beat their swords into plowshares and their spears into pruning hooks. With the Islamic State, not only do we have state-sponsored terrorism, we have a state who publicly and actively promotes and encourages it around the world.
But, understand that God does have a plan to fix terrorism, but the politicians do not know what it is. The plan is the replacement of the governments of this world with the Kingdom of God:
15 Then the seventh angel sounded: And there were loud voices in heaven, saying, “The kingdoms of this world have become the kingdoms of our Lord and of His Christ, and He shall reign forever and ever!” (Revelation 11:15)
This is something that politicians around the world neither believe nor advocate. But it will be the solution to terrorism. God will fix this. Islam and ALL other religions that oppose the truth will be eliminated.
