Long-term forecasts have been expecting strong winds in Europe for months, and the persistent northerly flow that has long affected the continent has been slowly replaced by southerly and easterly currents, with occasional, yet powerful, westerly gusts. This is expected to continue until the European Parliament elections in the middle of next year and the subsequent power negotiations.

he change in wind direction has just been confirmed by the “chief meteorologist,” Manfred Weber, leader of the European People’s Party parliamentary group. The German politician, who has a keen sense of the current changes, recently said:

“If there is no other way to stop illegal immigration, we must be prepared to build fences.” 

… Although the then-crowned Ursula von der Leyen has since been a disappointment, and corruption cases have not been far from her mind, the procedure of four years ago could be instructive for her: She came in first place as an almost unknown running against Weber, who had seemed to be the sure winner. He was lobbying this week for the European People’s Party coalition to include him as its top candidate next year, but it is not enough for him to be acceptable at home because Europe seems to have had enough of Germany dictating the agenda. Meloni’s Italy has already made it clear that it wants to limit migration, and French President Emmanuel Macron has been even more spectacular in his opposition to the German line in recent weeks. …

All this in a single week:

There are fears of Muslims and Africans in Europe.

The reality is that more and more in Europe have concerns about being overwhelmed by Islam as well as others with non-European ethnicities.

Issues with migrants will be a factor in the rise of the Beast power.

You may note that the tweet at the beginning of this post from Manfred Weber shows his party also is in favor of a more militaristic Europe.

One day, after facing various crises, Europe will reorganize (Revelation 17:12) and give power to a militaristic (Revelation 13:1-10) dictator (Revelation 17:13) who will basically promise peace, but bring war (cf. Daniel 11:21-44).

But he will also make a lying deal with the leader of a North African and Middle Eastern group (referred to as the King of the South). The following involves the European King of the North and the North African/Middle Eastern King of the South:

27 Both these kings’ hearts shall be bent on evil, and they shall speak lies at the same table; but it shall not prosper, for the end will still be at the appointed time.  (Daniel 11:27-28)

Perhaps part of the lying deals will include the departure of many, particularly Muslims, from Europe.

What does prophecy show for the future between Europe and Islam?

I believe that it shows that the Vatican will promote a temporal deal with Islam and Europe (Daniel 9:27; 11:27; see also The ‘Peace Deal’ of Daniel 9:27), but that ultimately, Europe will essentially push Islam out and even attack certain Arab lands:

40 ‘When the time comes for the End, the king of the south will try conclusions with him; but the king of the north will come storming down on him with chariots, cavalry, and a large fleet. He will invade countries, overrun them and drive on.

41 He will invade the Land of Splendour, and many will fall; but Edom, Moab, and what remains of the sons of Ammon will escape him.

42 ‘He will reach out to attack countries: Egypt will not escape him.

43 The gold and silver treasures and all the valuables of Egypt will lie in his power. Libyans and Cushites will be at his feet: (Daniel 11:40-43, New Jerusalem Bible).

The coming King of the South rules over lands that are currently dominated by Islam. These are Arabic and African peoples. Peoples that many in Europe already have problems with.
