To get more of a feel for the UN’s appalling use of propaganda, using headings such as “deceitful, dangerous and deadly,” you can read an article published by the UN in June to promote its “information integrity” agenda HERE.
The introduction of the policy brief states:
[Digital platforms] have enabled the rapid spread of lies and hate, causing real harm on a global scale … The danger cannot be overstated. Social media enabled hate speech and disinformation can lead to violence and death. The ability to disseminate large-scale disinformation to undermine scientifically established facts poses an existential risk to humanity and endangers democratic institutions and fundamental human rights.

We wouldn’t disagree that digital platforms have enabled the spread of lies or hate speech, or that large-scale disinformation to undermine scientifically established facts can pose an existential risk to humanity. It’s who determines what are lies, hate speech and disinformation that is the issue.
For example, there is overwhelming evidence of the dangers of mRNA injections such as the so-called covid vaccines. Disinformation that the injections are “safe and effective” has been widely disseminated and has caused real harm on a global scale. The false “safe and effective” narrative has not only endangered lives but has also endangered livelihoods, freedoms and human rights. Those who have made efforts to expose this and other falsehoods of the propaganda machine have been subjected to censorship, lies and hate speech, not only on digital platforms and in corporate media but also in real life.
Conversely, the UN defines hate speech and disinformation not in terms of truth and facts but as information which is a threat to their Agenda 2030 goals:
Across the world, the United Nations is monitoring how mis- and disinformation and hate speech can threaten progress towards the Sustainable Development Goals. It has become clear that business as usual is not an option.

Yes, we may very well see civil unrest in Europe as well as the USA.
At risk of repeat, the late Pastor General of the old Worldwide Church of God, Herbert W. Armstrong, had a view that financial matters affecting Europe would lead to unrest and then to European unity. Here is something he said in a sermon on July 7, 1984:
And I can see now, the event that is going to trigger the formation of the reunification in Europe; the resurrection of the medieval Holy Roman Empire that we’ve been looking forward to that is prophesied to come…
But I believe that some event is going to happen suddenly just like out a blue sky that is going to shock the whole world and is going to cause the nations in Europe to realize they must unite! … Well now I think I can see what may be the very event that is going to trigger…that is the economic situation in the world…
Now when the financial structure breaks down, all civilization is going to break down…
After various crises, Europe will reorganize and put in a dictator that the Bible calls the Beast:
12 “The ten horns which you saw are ten kings who have received no kingdom as yet, but they receive authority for one hour as kings with the beast. 13 These are of one mind, and they will give their power and authority to the beast. (Revelation 17:12-13)
That beast will be a globalist, totalitarian dictator. While I do not believe that we are to the point of fulfilling the reorganization required by Revelation 17:12-13 (see also Must the Ten Kings of Revelation 17:12 Rule over Ten Currently Existing Nations?), we are getting closer.
Civil unrest looks to be a factor in causing the prophesied Beast to rise up.
Notice that the Bible shows the rise of a warring Beast power in Europe that all will worship:
1 Then I stood on the sand of the sea. And I saw a beast rising up out of the sea, having seven heads and ten horns, and on his horns ten crowns, and on his heads a blasphemous name. 2 Now the beast which I saw was like a leopard, his feet were like the feet of a bear, and his mouth like the mouth of a lion. The dragon gave him his power, his throne, and great authority. 3 And I saw one of his heads as if it had been mortally wounded, and his deadly wound was healed. And all the world marveled and followed the beast. 4 So they worshiped the dragon who gave authority to the beast; and they worshiped the beast, saying, “Who is like the beast? Who is able to make war with him?”
5 And he was given a mouth speaking great things and blasphemies, and he was given authority to continue for forty-two months. 6 Then he opened his mouth in blasphemy against God, to blaspheme His name, His tabernacle, and those who dwell in heaven. 7 It was granted to him to make war with the saints and to overcome them. And authority was given him over every tribe, tongue, and nation. 8 All who dwell on the earth will worship him, whose names have not been written in the Book of Life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world. (Revelation 13:1-8)
The Beast of the sea is European (watch the video Can You Prove that the Beast to Come is European?). This leader is prophesied to rise up after the rides of the four horsemen of the Ap0calypse begin their rides.
Their rides will result in chaos and troubles around the world.

John of the Cleft Rock (1340): The White Eagle (Great Monarch), by order of the Archangel Michael, will drive crescent from Europe where none but Christians will remain–he himself will rule from Constantinople. An era of peace and prosperity will begin for the world. There will no longer be Protestants {there were no “Protestants” then and author Connor of that book suggests that perhaps this word should have been translated as heretics} or schismatics…God will raise up a holy Pope (Connor, pp. 33-34)
Venerable Bartholomew Holzhauser (died 1658):…”When everything has been ruined by war; when Catholics are hard pressed by traitorous co-religionists and heretics; when the Church and her servants are denied their rights, the monarchies have been abolished and their rulers murdered…then the hand of Almighty God will work a marvelous change, something apparently impossible according to human understanding. There will rise a valiant monarch anointed by God. He will be a Catholic, a descendant of Louis IX, (yet) a descendant of an ancient imperial German family, born in exile. He will rule supreme in temporal matters. (Connor, pp.35-36)
Priest Nectou S.J. (d. 1772): They indeed shall conspire for the destruction of the Church; but the time shall not be allowed them, because this frightful crisis shall be for a short duration. When all will be considered lost, all shall be found safe…The triumph of the Church will then be so complete that nothing like it shall ever be seen…A man disliked by France will be placed on the throne…(Culleton, p. 176; cf. Dupont, p. 48).
Presuming civil war/riots/civil unrest do occur in various parts of Europe on a larger scale, this likely will set the stage for the rising up of a military leader to resolve this. Greco-Roman Catholic prophecies specifically suggest that this will happen and they tend to refer to this leader as the “Great Monarch” (or the “Great King”). Of course, Greco-Roman Catholic prophecies also have certain contradictions–but many are consistent with biblical prophecy–some of the Greco-Roman Catholic prophecies appear to be part of Satan’s Plan to deceive people at the end so that they will believe them OVER biblical prophecies. I would add that the belief that those in France (as shown above) will turn to “Mary” is not good, but is also consistent with certain biblical warnings (Isaiah 47; Revelation 17; 2 Thessalonians 2:8-12) as well as other Catholic prophecies as detailed in my book Fatima Shock!
It should be noted that presuming there is major civil unrest across Europe, this would seem to indicate that the final King of the North would rise up fairly soon, consistent with biblical prophecies in both the Book of Daniel and Revelation.
The Bible tells of a basically European kingdom that will be partially strong, partially weak, and with a fragile unity (Daniel 2:41-43), but that will have a frightening type of economic dominance (see Revelation chapters 13,17,18).
Notice something about a European leader to arise:
23 “And in the latter time of their kingdom,
When the transgressors have reached their fullness,
A king shall arise,
Having fierce features,
Who understands sinister schemes.
24 His power shall be mighty, but not by his own power;
He shall destroy fearfully,
And shall prosper and thrive;
He shall destroy the mighty, and also the holy people.25 “Through his cunning
He shall cause deceit to prosper under his rule;
And he shall exalt himself in his heart.
He shall destroy many in their prosperity.
He shall even rise against the Prince of princes;
But he shall be broken without human means. (Daniel 8:23-25)21 And in his place shall arise a vile person, to whom they will not give the honor of royalty; but he shall come in peaceably, and seize the kingdom by intrigue. 22 With the force of a flood they shall be swept away from before him and be broken, and also the prince of the covenant. 23 And after the league is made with him he shall act deceitfully, for he shall come up and become strong with a small number of people. 24 He shall enter peaceably, even into the richest places of the province; and he shall do what his fathers have not done, nor his forefathers: he shall disperse among them the plunder, spoil, and riches; and he shall devise his plans against the strongholds, but only for a time.
25 “He shall stir up his power and his courage against the king of the South with a great army. And the king of the South shall be stirred up to battle with a very great and mighty army; but he shall not stand, for they shall devise plans against him. (Daniel 11:21-26)
A leader will arise speaking about peace, but really being a man of war (Daniel 11:39-43; Revelation 13:4). This kingdom will have a religion and it will not be Islam. The coming king of the south is composed of nations that are currently dominated by Islam.
The UN and many others are working to censor much.
Ultimately, a globalist dictator will arise. And yes, probably after there are rebellions by various “peasants.”
We are getting closer to that time.

Must the Ten Kings of Revelation 17:12 Rule over Ten Currently Existing Nations?
