United Nations removing web registrars

A reader sent me the following:
Hi Dr Thiel,
The ice age farmer has released a video about internet censorship that you might like to have a look at.The UN has started telling internet hosting services to delete whole websites that use their servers for “hate speech” (can be combatted by having private servers). They’re also removing certain domain names from the website address look-up directory to combat private servers (can be combatted by giving people the direct internet address that’s in the format of four numbers of up to three digits, with the four separated by periods, such as 123.456.78.901). Of course, this is a bit cumbersome, but it will still allow people who know the direct address and the website’s structure to access the site without it being in the internet directory, but it needs to be worked out and communicated *before* the censorship starts, so those who need to access the site can work out any bugs before it’s the only way to access it.
While I almost never watch videos people send me links to because of my schedule, etc., I did watch that one. It starts off with a letter from Enom’s Tucows GDPR Team (GDPR is a European initiative that has various internet rules, standards, and massive fines–see also EU’s GDPR enforcement now in, LA Times & Chicago Tribune currently out). The letter states because they received a request from the United Nations Counter-Terrorism Executive Directorate the man asking for his URL to be removed from hold would not be honored. In other words, it would no longer be possible for people to get to his website.
Enom is domain name registrar and Web hosting company. If registrars like Enom pull websites, this results in the elimination of your data for the world–at least temporarily (presuming you have a copy, can find another registrar, and get, likely, a new URL which no one would know).
Furthermore, I went to the UN CTED website, which contains statements including the following:
Initiatives for countering incitement and violent extremism can take many forms. Common to many approaches is an emphasis on dialogue, inclusion, and the promoting of understanding, including in the fields of education and religion. The above is basically saying that the UN will use propaganda to try to counter views it considers to be extreme.
In other words, the UN has an agency attempting to control narratives to get views it opposes removed from the internet, while also pushing views it wants accepted.
More internet censorship is expected.

The Talmud (97a) goes into great detail describing the conditions in the days preceding the final redemption. One condition is based on a prophecy written in the Book of Isaiah.

The Talmud explains the verse:
What is the meaning of the phrase: And the truth is lacking [ne’ederet]? The Sages of the study hall of Rav said: This teaches that truth will become like so many flocks [adarim] and walk away. What is the meaning of the phrase: “And he that departs from evil is negated”? The Sages of the study hall of Rabbi Sheila said: Anyone who deviates from evil is deemed insane by the people.
Rabbi Yosef Berger, the rabbi of King David’s Tomb on Mount Zion, explained that the information revolution initiated by advances in technology made the dissemination of information far easier and widespread but at the same time, made truth entirely subjective.
“In Judaism, a Torah scroll is handwritten, copied letter by letter from an existing Torah scroll,” Rabbi Berger said. “Inspection of Torah scrolls from thousands of years ago prove that this method of transmission is very accurate and results in faithful copies. Even after thousands of years and Jews being exiled to every nation, the Torah of the Jews remains a universal truth that does not change.”

Now, something could be on the internet today and tomorrow it will be forgotten and a new truth will take its place. Regarding the Hunter Biden matter, that was reported about here earlier (see Censorship, Hunter Biden, and Hypocrisy).
That being said, it is not just the Hebrew scriptures or the Jewish Talmud that warns people will not hear the truth. Notice the following from the New Testament about what will happen prior to the Messiah’s return:
13 But evil men and seducers shall wax worse and worse, deceiving, and being deceived. (2 Timothy 3:13, KJV)
12 … they all may be condemned who did not believe the truth but had pleasure in unrighteousness. (2 Thessalonians 2:12, NKJV throughout unless otherwise specified)
Not only is there prophesied an increase in deceit, the Bible prophecies totalitarian controls (cf. Revelation 13).
The grim fate that could be ‘worse than extinction’
If a malevolent group or government suddenly gained world-dominating power through technology, and there was nothing to stand in its way, it could lead to an extended period of abject suffering and subjugation. A 2017 report on existential risks from the Global Priorities Project, in conjunction with FHI and the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Finland, warned that “a long future under a particularly brutal global totalitarian state could arguably be worse than complete extinction”.
Singleton hypothesis
Though global totalitarianism is still a niche topic of study, researchers in the field of existential risk are increasingly turning their attention to its most likely cause: artificial intelligence. …
“In totalitarian regimes of the past, [there was] so much paranoia and psychological suffering because you just have no idea if you’re going to get killed for saying the wrong thing,” he continues. “And now imagine that there’s not even a question, every single thing you say is being reported and being analysed.”

Totalitarianism will be implemented in much less than 100 years–I currently expect it within a decade or so–we have already seen signs blamed on COVID-19.

Billionaire Elon Musk declared he was worried that artificial intelligence (AI) may lead to the rise of an “immortal dictator,” a “godlike” entity that could take over the world. Is this accurate, or at least, close in some ways? Does Bible prophecy foretell of the rise of an immoral leader who considers himself above all gods? Will this result in great destruction? What is AI? How might it fit in with various prophecies? Was the increase in technological knowledge we now have prophesied over 2000 years ago? Will 666 control over buying and selling involve any form of AI? Dr. Thiel goes over many scriptures, including prophetic ones, that involve human knowledge–which is the basis of AI. He also points out that when various prophesies were made, there was no technology capable of fulfilling them, but that because of computers, such ability exists now. More censorship is prophesied as the prophet Amos warned:
11 “Behold, the days are coming,” says the Lord God,
“That I will send a famine on the land,
Not a famine of bread,
Nor a thirst for water,
But of hearing the words of the Lord.
12 They shall wander from sea to sea,
And from north to east;
They shall run to and fro, seeking the word of the Lord,
But shall not find it. (Amos 8:11-12)
Notice that the Bible tells of a time that will come when the word of God will not be found. I do not believe that this means that there will be no more Bibles–but preaching aspects of it will be made illegal and that those wanting to better understand it will have trouble finding explanations.

Canadian censoring of the Bible In 2017, Lauri Skori of the Battle River School board told a religious school in Alberta, Canada that it could not teach/read certain portions of the Bible. In 2002, a court in Canada ruled against one who referred to certain scriptures that some homosexuals objected to. In 2017, there was “An Act to Amend the Canadian Human Rights Act and Criminal Code” related to those who wish to be considered transgendered. Biological Warfare and Prophecy. Is biological warfare possible? Was it prophesied? Scientists have long warned that pathogenic organisms like the coronavirus could be weaponized. Furthermore, back in 2017, there were concerns that the biological research facility being constructed in Wuhan, China was risky and that a coronavirus from it could be released. On January 25, 2020, China’s President Xi Jinping publicly stated that the situation with the Wuhan-related strain of the coronavirus was grave.
